Excelente!!

I stayed with my son and it was perfect! Very clean, delicious breakfast, very good location ( 2min walk from bus and train station and 15 min from center. The hostess Alessandra is a que wonder full and friendly person! I will definetely choose again this place if I’m back in Brescia!

Stop & Go Brescia

Location. If you need an overnight in Brescia before the train departure this is the right spot. A minute walk to the train station.

The excellent location can be also a downside. During the night you may heard the trains running

Worse than its point

Air conditioning was not working although it seems switched on, night was cold. Breakfast is very simple, there is not even omlet or eggs, dont know what people liked about it.

Really happy we chose al binario. Perfect location and very comfortable for our 3 night stay

Great location, close to train and bus. Extremely clean, room was made up daily, feel very safe.

Not a lot of eating places in close proximity. Make sure you eat before coming back to the area but this is easy

Nice place but impossible to sleep.

Very nice interior, well equipped and had a generous breakfast!

There was a scheduled roadwork going on just outside the building, all night long, that together with the trains made it impossible to sleep. The roadwork was announced on a note placed on the outside of the building way before the guests had arrived but the hotel failed to notify us about this disturbance in advance and got angry when I told them about it in the morning. Shame because the place is nice but as a guest you pay to get some sleep and the day after was destroyed completely due to lack of sleep.

Perfect place right next to the station. Excellent room.

It was near the station. Inside it was very nice with plenty of room and a good bathroom. Everything was in order and quiet even though it was next to the railway. Alessandra even came in early on Saturday to prepare my breakfast, as I had a train to catch at 08.00. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Exceptional

The house is only five minutes from the main station, which is quite convenient when you arrive late at night. Self check-in is available (you get the code to the door) and you can leave your luggage in the house after check-out, which I appreciated quite a lot. The room and the bathroom is spacious and clean and the owner offers a nice breakfast and is easy to chat with. I would defitinitely come back!

This B&B is Fabulous!

Brescia, a very comfy and lovely new decorated ensuite bedroom, with a very clean shower with a hair dryer and towel to use. Water, Tea, coffee and some snacks and Breakfast are all included. Free bag storage service provided. Just 5 mins away from the railway station.

Cool stay near the train station (second time here already)

I am here the second time already. This stay never disappoints, hope the hosts will keep it that way! Because of its close proximity to the central station, it is really convenient to spend the night here especially if the train departure is early, as it was in my case. The room itself was not too big but comfy, having all of the facilities. Very friendly staff members replying to the text messages almost instantly. There is no reception, but the check in procedure was fast and easy.

What could be done better in my opinion is a bit more of a sound isolation - one may occasionaly hear some sounds coming from the neigboring rooms or the corridor

The location is very convenient for the station and a 20 minute walk from the town centre. The bed was very comfortable and the staff welcoming.

You need ear plugs and an eye mask to get to sleep. It’s right next to the railway line and a train passes loudly around 5am.

Excellent stay next to the train station and close to center

Stayed in room #2. Only steps to Brescia train station and a short walk to the old town. The check-in instructions were clearly provided in advance. The room was spacious, simple but nicely designed, and warm in winter. Comfortable bed. Large shower. Good WiFi. The common area was clean and beautiful with complimentary water and snacks available for guests, a surprisingly nice touch. The festive decoration was another nice touch. The breakfast was customized according to guest preference and delicious. Alessandra was very sweet and responsive.

We liked everything but be aware of the close proximity to the railway so that some noise can be heard if you are a light sleeper.

I've had a nice stay: the hotel employees were cool and helpful, the rooms beauatifully decorated and having a distinct style, a train station was located just near the hotel. The breakfast was really amazing and tasty

Those who love the sound of trains should love this place :)

-Night curtains completely block out light. -Easy and smooth communication with the hotel. -Pleasant service at breakfast.

-While lying in bed, the air conditioner blew directly in my face. -The hotel is next to the train tracks, so you could hear the passing trains quite loudly, especially at night. -It was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. A name plate next to the door would be useful. -The choice of food was not wide at breakfast.

Disappointing

the breakfast room itself was nice, but located straight in front of our room .. every guest taking breakfast from early morning was practically sitting in front of the door, each word could be heard, sleeping after 7am when the breakfast started, was not pleasant

the road in front of the hotel is the main road to the station / the buses are passing frequently. Same happens to the trains .. they are passing by in a distance of just few meters ... day and night .. on top are the heavy load trains which not stopping in Brescia, they are using the 'horn' to warn passengers ... 2nd frustration was 'how-to-find' the location .. no 'hotel' name on the building .. no indications at all, just a very small name to ring the bell !
