Perfect!

We stayed 3 nights in order to have easy day-trips into Worms, Heidelberg, Mannheim. It was the perfect location, a beautiful quaint small town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating, parking was free and convenient, and breakfast each day was amazing. There is a gem "Wine Bar" within walking distance that you MUST experience @ Weingut Blümel im Magdalenenhof , Friedrich-Ebert-Str. 58, Osthofen, Germany. The owners, Sebastian and Anja make GREAT wine, great food, and they welcomed us in like family! ~Bob and Lisa, Michigan USA

Excellent location and large room. The hotel has a private parking area at the back.

Hotel has quite a unpleasant atmosphere. Rooms are large but sober. Breakfast is sober aswell. Staff could be more friendly.

People in the garden playing loud music after 10pm. They stopped when we asked them too, but it would have been nice if the staff would have taken care of this.

Disappointing

The "hot" room (we had) was a disappointment. Airconditioning was malfunctioning (loud noices). Furthermore the room was next to the busy main road, so fresh air was mixed with gasses when you open the Window. The hotel staff were medium friendly so room for improvement i guess.

breakfast was good; not the rest

reservation was a mess and the code for the key did not work - even though the hotel personnel gave us the the key the same evening - the lady helping us out only turned friendly when she found out that we indeed reserved, by me pointing at her own screen. It made us feel unwelcome. Subsequently, the room we reserved was not available and one of our kids had to sleep on the ground.

Schönes Landhotel

Auf meiner Radtour entlang dem Rhein bin ich am Ender meiner Tagesetappe auf dieses Landhotel getroffen. Ich wurde freundlich begrüsst und mir wurde alles erklärt und gezeigt. Es gab ein sicherer Platz für mein Fahrrad. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück bat mir alles was ich brauchte.

Die Zimmer dürften für meinen Geschmack modernisiert werden. Man konnte die Strasse vor dem Gebäude gut höhren.

Leuk hotel met een heerlijke binnentuin. Hier kan je 's avonds eten en ' s morgens ontbijten. Grote privé parkeerplaats net achter het hotel.

Zimmer im Sommer übermäßig heiß (auch über Nacht), Betten knarrten beim "Sich-Umdrehen".

Leider kein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Lage ist gut und das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und sauber.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer.... (Mein Mann hatte Geburtstag und ich wollte uns etwas besonderes buchen) Die ganze Nacht! lief durchgehend ein lautes Geräusch vom Kühlaggregat des Hauses. Durch das Surren und Brummen haben wir kein Auge zubekommen. Beide Matratzen haben zusätzlich extrem gequietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Die Wandhalterung der Dusche hing auch nur noch am seidenen Faden. Am nächsten Tag haben wir dies Alles bei der Rezeption freundlich reklamiert, sind davon ausgegangen vielleicht etwas Geld zurück erstattet zu bekommen aber da hieß es nur: Tut uns leid und vielen Dank für die Info, wir werden das weitergeben.. Der ,,Balkon'' mit 1 qm ist wohl auch eher nur zur Deko da. Die meisten der Hauptfernsehsender waren gesperrt. Als wir einen Nachmittag vorher unser Frühstück auf ein Lunchpaket umbuchen wollten haben wir vom Personal sehr das Gefühl übermittelt bekommen jetzt Extra Arbeit zu machen.. Für diesen hohen Preis des Zimmers haben wir uns wirklich etwas mehr erwartet. Nochmal würden wir hier nicht buchen.
