The welcome by a super friendly member of staff couldn’t have been nicer as was the communication from the moment of booking. An early check-in was granted without even asking. Everything was super clean and comfortable.

Didn’t like is perhaps too strong, but guests ought to be aware that the building, whilst in a side street, is very close to a fairly noisy main road. Sleeping with open windows is therefore not advisable.

Best location for visiting Worms

The lady manager at reception was extremely super gave more than a thorough guidance to the room and all that was happening in Worms. The room is delightfully arranged comfortable with v new aircon but which we didn’t use as we preferred natural air. Noise could be cut out from the auto shutters We had a fabulous one night and wished we has more… a place to return to

Central location, booked a double room and got a one bedroom flat very happy. Host was very helpful and informative. We would have benefited from written instructions on how to operate the coffee machine.

Everything...it is presented as 4 stars and can not be more than 1. It is actually an airbnb studio without kitchen. Nothing in the bathroom for shower. Coffee in the room...just one unit that had already the sugar and cream together with the instant coffee. The view is the small alley in front of the entrance, about 3 meters away from the windows of in front building. So ,I can go on and on...I would like to know how they got 4 stars...

Freshly updated, modern apartment. Larger bathroom and shower. We got the family room with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area/gathering room. Plenty of room for 4 adults.

Hotel Dependence was a little tricky to find. Once we were able to locate it was no problem. It was our fault, we should have stopped at the main hotel/Restaurant first as they were able to provide simple directions.

Very clean and new room. It took me a minute to figure out the shower but it was good after that. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The parking was across the street in a parking garage. Not really far and we used their parking passes so, it was free. This is just something to be aware of.

short bed and linnen. I’m 1.80m long, my feet were hanging out of the bed. can’t believe a hotel having these short beds. the blanket was the same size, so too short as well. or cold shoulders or cold feet.

Centrally located in the city center of Worms, modern equipped, very clean. Parking provided in one of the parking garages, paid. Breakfast is served in the main building of the hotel, just a few minutes walking

Nice comfortable stay right in the centre of Worms.

The Hotel has a small property related to it, that's where we stayed. It's only 200 m away, but in a modern building, very well lit, squeaky clean, with lift, and even doorbell from the outside. They have only a few rooms there, so it feels very private. Nice room, not too big, but had all we needed, very modern shower (took me a while to work it out!), coffee machine and kettle in the room, which is very nice as it started to become colder outside and a nice warm cup of tea makes it nice and cosy. The breakfast is very inexpensive and has a good choice of all one could want, tasty and fresh. Owner and staff are very competent and helpful and friendly. And of course, the location cannot be beaten, literally in the shadow of the magnificent cathedral! That's also a small drawback as the church bells start to ring at 7:00 am and they are LOUD. Plus there seems to be a road race going on outside, blaring car stereo's and 'hot rods' seem to race each other, making a lot of noise. But the rooms have triple glazing and there is air conditioning. We enjoyed ourselves in lovely compact Worms.

Not the hotel's fault, but the church bells are quite loud and there is traffic noise.

Schönes Zimmer mit freundlichem Service und herrlichem Frühstück

Wunderbares Frühstück für zwölf Euro. Klare gut eingerichtete Zimmer mit schöner Dusche, gute Rollläden und die Fenster.

Ich hätte immer gerne ein kleines Kissen und eine etwas komfortablere Matratze. Das Zimmer lag zur Straße und es war doch relativ viel Verkehr.
