Quiet, peaceful, wonderful host, great location, amazing breakfast

11/10 One of our favourite hotels in Europe! We ended up here three years ago, and it was a highlight, so we chose it as our first stay after arriving from Canada for our 3 week Europe trip. Grace, the host, is one of the hardest-working and nicest hotel proprietors we've met. We LOVE the Italian-German fusion breakfast, which features fresh coffee, eggs, and a buffet. The hotel rooms were dead quiet, despite being in the middle of the city. Perfect for recovering from Jet Lag. We had a tearful goodbye with our host which has never happened at any other hotel. It was a wonderful experience and my whole family votes to rate this hotel "11 out of 10" or "10 out of 5."

Hotel Kriemhilde is a very comfortable hotel and very good value for money. We enjoyed our stay.

This is an excellent owner managed hotel where everything has been considered to make the guests' stay comfortable. It is very clean and the bedrooms are modern and up to date. The view of the cathedral is lovely and it is very quiet. The breakfast was very good with a wide ranging buffet of hot and cold items.

Really enjoyed our stay here.

Receptionist was so pleasant and helpful in advising about room, restaurants, parking, and sights. Short walk to Luther Monument. Excellent breakfast with farm fresh eggs with good selection breads and conduments

After dropping luggage the parking is 3 blocks away. No elevator so not recommend for large suitcases.

Very nice three star hotel with a lousy shower

We liked basically everything with the exception of the shower. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, two rooms a a very decent price.

The shower is a disappointment. Hard do regulate, rain shower did not work (not enough pressure?). Hand shower with very little pressure. After some wiggling temperature could be adjusted to the desired temperature. Was all this a problem because our room was on the top floor?

Safe, covered bike storage

The proprietor is so kind and sweet; the comfort of her guests is so important to her. The Worms Cathedral is right outside the window! Excellent safe and covered bike storage. (And I noticed there was an array of outlets for the e-bike crowd!)

Outstanding staff and a super value with great view and location.

The room had a great view of the cathedral. The manager went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. She even cooked eggs for us for breakfast, along with the very nice buffet. The price was very reasonable.

Unfortunately their restaurant was not operating. The room was small but the view more than compensated for it.

Nice hotel beside the cathedral, clean rooms. Very friendly staff, and the breakfast was huge.

No elevator, which did not matter to us, but could be an issue if you have heavy luggage or problems with stairs.

- Perfect location: very close to Wormser Dom. - Nice breakfast and coffee - I strongly recommend this hotel for single or couple travellers.

I couldn't turn on the air conditioner in the room.
