Great stay…Very dog friendly!

Stayed for one night while travelling through Germany. Staff very welcoming, we were upgraded on arrival. Good location next to a park which was great for walking the dogs. Huge room, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. You can park directly outside the door for €19 or nearby for free. Although no evening meals there was a list of nearby restaurants listed at the bar.

Room 144 has an interconnecting door which is not soundproof. We could hear the tv from the room and light came under the door.

The bottle opener was missing in the room. Maybe doors are missing between entrance/bathroon and the bedroom or changing glass doors of the bathroom. So when you go to the bathroom during the night you have no choice to disturb the other ones with the light. One of the room wasn´t really cleaned (spider web at the top of the window in the bathroom, gorgotten socks under the heater in the bedroom. The price of the parking 19€ is a bit too much.

Our room was spacious and modern with everything we could possibly need for an overnight stay. Beds were comfortable and there was a large bathroom with spacious shower. Reception staff were friendly and helpful

High performance/price balance

We’d like to thank Mr. Serkan for his kind attention throughout our stay. The property offers excellent value for money, with great amenities and a convenient location. Surrounded by beautiful green areas and very close to the river, the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Cleaning was excellent and provided upon request. The room was a bit cold when we arrived, but since the radiators were adjustable, we could easily set the temperature to our preference. The reception operates from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. After that, guests can enter through a separate entrance using a keycard — a thoughtful system that also helps maintain a good work–life balance for the staff. It is possible to rent a bike from the park right next to the hotel using the app called nextbike.

First of all, I don’t think the smell in the hallway was normal. It wasn’t noticeable inside the rooms, so I assume it was coming either from the carpet or the curtains. The minibar contents didn’t seem to match the number of guests. Although we were two people, there was only one regular water, one sparkling water, one cola, and one beer. It would be better if the minibar were stocked according to the number of guests. The pillows were too soft for my comfort — it would have been nice to have different options. Also, there were no slippers provided, which we’re used to having in hotels in Türkiye, so we ended up looking for them.

Fun stay!

Friendly staff, nice location - on walking distance of city center and nice park. In the lobby there is a pool table you can use free of charge, super fun! Room is clean and spacious. We really liked our stay!

Beautiful hotel, but improvements in comfort possible.

Overall, we have mixed feelings about this hotel. Things we liked: size of the room; size and cleanliness of the room; hotel building (exterior); nice hotel entrance and reception area; comfortable bathroom; fridge with free drinks; apart from the hotel's own parking facility (€15/night) there's sufficient parking place nearby (don't know the rates during workdays).

Rooms didn't have airconditioning, when we were there temperatures were around 30 degrees and the room was very warm as a result and difficult to cool by opening the windows during the night (luckily not a noisy neighborhood; Also the reception wasn't always occupied (for instance, in the morning) and checking things with the reception desk or sharing small inconveniences we had in the room (one item was broken, not a big deal) with a receptionist wasn't possible.

A comfortable but expensive stay for an out of town hotel.

The room & bathroom were large and very comfortable. Good to have a safe for security of possessions. Free drinks on first day & the convenience of a fridge was appreciated. We had a good breakfast although it was very expensive per person.

No coffee/ tea making facilities especially as there was no where to order it. Cost of breakfast too high- almost €20 each! The fact that we had to pay a high daily fee to park in the hotel’s own car park.!! It should have been free as a courtesy to its guests! Not a way to make money off its guests especially as the hotel was out of the town and no one else was using the spaces in the large car park . That was a shame. The cost of the breakfast & parking came up almost to the cost of another day at the hotel!

Too far from the center of town. The walk even in the day was very desolate so at night it was not conducive to walk home or visa versa. No door staff until 2 pm so no chance of early check in or even talk to

It was a really hot day and the hotel does not seem to have airco on the rooms, this was uncomfortable. I guess on most normal days it would be no issue and it would also not stop me from going to the same hotel again.

TYPICAL AND COMFORTABLE

We have junior suite, very spacious comfortable and with good view. The location was particular and beautiful: typical german palace. Very good breakfast in a nice room. The room was very ventilated.

The decor of the rooms is very outdated but in good condition. The room info said there where bathrobes and toiletries, none of them in the room. One bottle of Bodylotion and liquid soap in the shower. Not really 4 *!

Really lovely hotel. Was staying 4 night, so comfort important. Room cleaned to a high standard regularly. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast really good and plentiful. What more can I say.

Only slight inconvenience was that the bar was not open weekends in the evening otherwise, great.

Doesn’t feel like a four star hotel

The hotel seams to have only two stars. Probably got the four star qualification years ago and has never been renovated or updated in style and design. Late check out was not possible and the breakfast was pretty standard. We expected at least a great and delicious beakfast. Unfortunately not a hood value for money.
