You get what you pay for!

The location. The elevator. A good-sized Bathroom,

My room was clean. The shower needed a little extra cleaning. The pillows were horrible. a bunch of luming insert fiber. The Hotel is super noisy inside. Guests were extremely loud in the middle of the night, yelling and talking super loud.. The gap under my door let every sound enter my room.

Will be back!

Location could not be better, i.e., right on the main shopping street, across the street from the Marktplatz and the 3rd largest gothic cathedral in Germany, surpassed only by Köln and Speyer.. Brft was plentiful and included. Room was quiet with a really comfy box springs bed and a renovated bathroom with plenty of hot hot water. Public parking was in easy walking distance. For the price, it is really a bargain! Have stayed there before for the annual Jazz Fest and will again!

I wish I had called them well in advance to see if it was possible to reserve one of their limited parking slots immediately behind the building-- but that was my misstep. The hotel is an older establishment, yet clean and comfortable.

Loud and smelly- you won’t sleep a wink

Right in town

Do not go here if you you actually want to sleep. Our window was on the inner courtyard side- that should have been peaceful. It wasn‘t. The management lives in the building. They had what seemed like a loud family party in the courtyard at around 11pm, cooking something spicy and deep fried. The fumes rose straight up to the courtyard guest rooms. It was disgusting. Like living over a cheap, stinking restaurant. Closing windows made no noise or smell difference. We heard guests’ conversations in neighboring rooms bec of the ultra-thin walls. I hated it. Positive- the sheets seemed properly laundered.

Confusion at check in and with enquiries. Twin room booked but double room offered on arrival. Changed after some negotiation. Staff unable to manage some basic requests without a lot of explanation.

Location very central. Good selection of food at breakfast. Clean.

Shower head and fitting needed replacing. Would be better to have access through front door at all times, rather than the back. We needed dessert spoons for the cereal rather than teaspoons.

My first room had poor internet due to its distance from the router. A new room was readily provided.

The breakfast is minimal though few people seem to book it. The limited check in time - 1400-2000 required me to request a late check-in at the property at 2200. Three requests to the hotel went unanswered so l booked my first night in the area at another hotel.

Great location, with major sightseeing sites and a railway station within a walking distance

Parking provided is limited to 5 cars, so if you arrive in the evening, you might face a situation when you will have to park your car in the city parkhaus. It is located within 5 min walk, but you will have to pay. Parking in the hotel garage might be a challenge, too as the space is rather limited. Sometimes you may feel a smell of sewage or feel damp like it could be in old houses, in rainy weather.

The reception, his system was faulty so could not take card payment. Wearing a T shirt that said go away in very rude language. 0 customer service. Also there was constant noise at night coming from one of the walls.

Great location, room was large and well appointed.

Nicely located literally in the center of town, with easy access to everything you'd want to see. Family room (3 beds) was huge and very comfortable for us. Room had a small refrigerator and coffee/tea maker, which was unexpected and very welcome! Beds were comfortable and bathroom was fine. We arrived by bike (on a bike tour along the Rhine) and it was easy to find. They have plenty of room to store bikes in a large garage with keypad access just behind the hotel (separate building). We did not choose the breakfast option ($$) so can't comment on that. Based on reading other reviews, I surmise the property is under somewhat new ownership that appears to be upgrading the property and rooms. While the room did not have air conditioning, it did have a nice fan and a window that opened into a quiet center ventilation/courtyard area. We had no problem with noise. Building has an elevator (typical small European elevator).

Not really any complaints, it was actually better than we expected based on other reviews. Desk clerk was efficient and helpful when asked, but wasn't overly welcoming. Hotel has two entrances, one in the front on the pedestrian street and one in the back on an alley (where the garage is and you can unload your car). We never figured out which was the main entrance, so worst case scenario you might have to walk two minutes around the building to get to the correct door.

hotel is in the center. walking distance from all the main attractions. very clean and comfortable.

the person in reception could have been more welcoming. he should smile a bit more, after all the customers are what keeping there. on Thursday when checking in I was asked when I want to have breakfast and was given the time options of 7.00 to 10.00. however. he did not mention that on Saturday breakfast is at 8.00. when handing back the keys no comment whatsoever, as if we never existed. need to work on the customer relationship.

Absolute trash.No one should ever stay here.

the only good thing about this hotel is the location. like the name suggests, it’s pretty central.

it’s completely outdated. the main entrance is in the alley. it’s dark. hot. the vents are dusty. there is something wrong with the plumbing. the sheets were visibly dirty. the phones didn’t work.

Great and welcoming location for bike touring!

Very friendly welcome. We were helped with our bikes immediately and could safely put them into their private garage. We also felt that the staff was taking corona measurements serious. Despite the rather tight layout of the hotel and breakfast room, we never felt uncomfortable. The location of course is excellent.

No major complaints. Maybe the hotel and the rooms were a bit on the small side for the price we paid.

Het ontbijt, fantastisch!

We hebben het avondeten gebruikt in het restaurant. Wij waren bij aanvang van het buffet al aanwezig. Hier bleek dat de hoofdmaaltijd al sterk afgekoeld was. Het vlees taai, veel te lang gebakken .flut frites slap en dus ook afgekoeld. Alleen de groeten waren lekker maar ook niet op de goeie temperatuur. Wat een teleurstelling, dit alles voor ons beide moesten wij € 50,- betalen exclusief drank. Wel waren de glazen wijn goed gevuld en de kwaliteit goed. De soep was uitstekend maar het toetje was armzalig qua smaak en hoeveelheid.

Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr schmuddelig unsauber. Das Bad sehr klein, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, Wasserhahn undicht, wirkt schmuddelig(kalkig). Zimmer 40 ohne Klima, was nicht so schlimm wäre, aber der Lärm aller anderen Klimageräte, die die ganze Nacht liefen und durch das offene Fenster zum 2x2m Innenhof drangen rauben den Schlaf. Frühstück (12€/P) ab 8Uhr, aber der Service erschien erst 15 Min. später. Auch der Frühstücksraum sehr schmuddelig,unsauber. Man kann besser direkt gegenüber beim Bäcker Görtz essen!

Mooie tussenstop in Worms

We zijn hier al eerder geweest voor een overnachting onderweg naar onze vakantiebestemming en dat was wel bevallen dus voor het gemak gegaan. Voordeel was een koelkastje en een ventilator op de kamer. Het is wat gedateerd maar schoon bed is alles wat we nodig hebben. En het zit aan een winkelstraat waar je aan de overkant bij de bakker een heerlijk ontbijtje kan scoren! De auto kon in de garage dus dat was ook top! Worms is een mooi stadje om te verkennen met een overheerlijke ijssalon tegenover het hotel!

Personeel is niet vaak aanwezig dus contact is vaak telefonisch, bij in- en uitchecken ; maar ook dat is niet onoverkomelijk

Amplasarea chiar în centrul orașului.

Băiatul de la recepție a profitat de faptul că suntem străini. Nu a vrut să -mi arate parcarea până când nu i-am dat 30 de euro pe trei zile. Parcarea era plină de pânze de păianjen, de fapt, o improvizație. Clădirea nu are aer condiționat, baia nu are aerisire. Mobilierul este foarte vechi, când deschideam dulapul mirosea foarte urât.
