Very good value for money, comfortable and exceptionally clean, with comfy check-in and check-out.

The room was very clean, quiet, and with all the necessary facilities and commodities for a pleasant stay. The bed was spacious enough and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure was easy and fast, through the self-service terminal.

Internet availability and quality were not constant, and certainly not with high-speed, as advertised. Also, one of the windows was not sealing properly

Location was good, Lidl is very close. Room was nice and stylish. Highly recommend for short stays.

Pillows were extremely soft, not recommended. Check in process wasn’t that easy, I struggled with it since it seems my reservation number was wrong! Had to ho to the other hotel - crossing the road- and the barman supported me. Lost 45 minutes to manage the check in.

Excellent and efficient hotel

Location was excellent for the airport. It was a little daunting doing self check-in but needn’t have worried - everything was simple, well explained and easy. Rooms were finished to a high standard including Rituals toiletries. Extremely comfortable and plenty of free on site parking. Would definitely stay again

Old business hotel with no services. Good for one night.

Close to highway A7 and the airport.Spacious bathroom/shower. Free bottle of water and coffee machine.

When we arrived neither the parking lot nor the back entrance was properly lit. Hotel is remote managed by the Zeppelin hotel on the opposite side of the road. Neither staff nor bar service was present. This time we have been disappointed about stains on the carpet, curtain, armchair and footrest. Hotel and outdoor facilities were not in good condition. Wild growing plants and weed, hooks without pictures on the wall, Wifi box not properly mounted, 50% of light bulbs not working, and so on. Hotel is accessible at any time by strangers.

Hotel was managed from another Hotel across the street. Therefore it was without any reception or bar service. Outside area was not well maintained.

Rude, Horrible, Loud, Inconvenient

There is nothing I like about the hotel. The bed is so small and the comforter is tiny. The location is inconvenient. The front door never opens and you have to use the back door in the yard no matter how in rush you are. No to say you have to walk for 7 minutes across a busy street to reach the reception desk. The room is noisy and service is horrible. You can hear every bit sound and the exhaust fan is broken and loud. No one speaks English and as a “business” hotel it can be pretty ridiculous. Run, run from here! DO NOT BOOK😡😡😡

I called the reception table that the fan in my room was broken and loud. I cannot fall asleep with that on. The lady told me she can call someone but they are most likely not going to come. I asked her if she could do something and she said she has other things to do and just hang up my phone. Cannot imagine somewhere more rude and annoying. Definitely the worst hotel I have ever been to.

Worst 'business' hotel I every stayed in. Please remove the 'business' wording from your hotel name.

Not much really.

This must have been the worst check-in experience I have had so far in my travelling life. The hotel was abandoned, had to pick-up the key at another hotel in the street - which was also closed by the time I arrived! - luckily someone who was still in the other hotel's building could help me get the key and I could finally get in the room. Hotel Business and More??? - There was not even a proper desk to work on. Just a sliding piece of wood where you could put your laptop on. Also missing is was the ironer - quite essential for business travelers I would say. Needless to say that this was once but never again.

my room was very cold… it took about 12 hours for the radiator to warm the room. Shower is nice but it leaks a bit because of the way the door is made.

AVOID and take a better hotel elsewhere

no reception in the building, you have to cross a busy street to join a sister hotel to check in and out grumpy people who keep you waiting at the reception while they are doing other private stuff on their phones ! Reception is too small , can't even take 3 persons with small luggage

The rooms are cute and clean. The coffee machine is good. Like complimentary water. Free parking is an advantage.

There was no one in reception, you need to go to another hotel across the street to check in and check out. There can be slippers in the room. Wifi was terrible.

Room was nice and fairly modern. Shower was great.

Hotel is entered from the side entrance. To check in you follow signs for reception and when you get to reception there is a note saying to go across the road to Hotel Zum Zeppelin, but no clear instruction of where this is. We had to cross a busy road with 4 lanes and heavy traffic, with no pedestrian crossing. That was after walking up and down the street to spot where the sister hotel was. You also have to check out at the sister hotel. We tried phoning to get directions but no reply on any numbers. Carpets were dirty. Room smelled from smoke. No air conditioning.

The room was very well appointed and comfortable

no reception area or bar or any breakfast in the actual business and more hotel I got locked out of my room one night and I had to cross the street to the other hotel Tim zeppelin in the middle of the night to try to find someone to unlock my room because the key card didn’t work… And it’s a big road with lots of cars , and it feels a little bit creepy because there’s NO STAFFtherr except cleaning people during morning time….NO STAFF at all inBusiness & More hotel building after hours :NO SECURITY/ NO RECEPTIONIST … & NO WORKING RESTAURANT (breakfast can be had across the street at sister hotel,“ Zum Zeppellin “, and NO BAR/ Essentially there’s no way to see a single other guest if you’re traveling solo unless you happen to see someone go in and out of the room on your floor… So as female solo traveler/ to me that’s not ideal, and I felt VERY ISOLATED . It felt deserted !

worst hotel ever - should be condemned

Just about everything, the hotel looks from the outside as if it is a condemned building with no maintenense, and weeds growing wild everywhere. A bit of grafiti just completes the impression. Worst hotel I have ever visited in 40+ years of business travel. 4 star rating is a joke, it must have been rated by the owner of this horrible hotel.
