Excellent location- close to all public transport- train bus and tram
Good breakfast included
Female staff on reception were excellent and very helpful
Room floor could have been cleaner and didn’t like the room only being serviced every 3 days - not acceptable for a hotel at this price point

The architecture is beautiful
1. Very poor and VERY small mattress, like those of the military.
2. Low-quality pillows and VERY small cover, with parts of my body that remained uncovered all night.
3. No sheets and only a single cover, the small one, which was hugely warm, and you had only two possibilities at night: sweat, or freeze.
4. Non cleaning at all, unless you ask for.
5. Breakfast without great products
6. Personnel only decently nice, not friendly.
7. Crazy prices of the minibar.
8. No chances to open the windows.
9. No chances to properly cover the windows, with external light allways passing.
10. Light switches placed in a way that you could not switch them off from the bed.
11. Bathroom with no courtesy products at all.
