Very clean, warm and comfortable accommodation- the beds were great. A handy location and quiet. Miriam on reception was especially helpful with public transport advice and arranging an earlier check-in! The restaurant staff were all charming and attentive.

The location was perfect for easy access to all the tourist spots.
The hotel floors are not on a single level, which means after you get out of the lift is not one level you have to take a few steps here and there until you reach your room. This is very inconvenient when you have to carry your own luggage to your room.

The location
The pillows were uncomfortable and the view towards the courtyard wasn’t private at all. The shower didn’t had door or curtain, so it was very cold. The heating was on, and no one could turn it off, so we had to put the AC on, it felt like a waste and the room was lukewarm. There was no proper place to store the winter shoes, so the room was always dirty and full of gravel.
