Beautiful quiet resort like hotel with a sauna and pool. Staff were extremely lovely, polite and helpful which made my day. The room was perfect and quite big with coffee and tea making facilities and a descent sized fridge. The breakfast buffet was included in the stay and was excellent! Many choices of breads, cheese, eggs and bacon, fruit, yogurt and cereals, plus fruit shots which were delicious! Right next door there is a huge shopping mall with many restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and clothing shops.
The indoor pool is not heated, so it’s a little cold. No free espresso machine at the breakfast buffet, the coffee available at the breakfast bar is drip filter. Espresso costs €3.80 at reception. The bright lights on the balcony cannot be switched off so it shines a little through the cracks in the curtains at night.

As I stayed only one night I did not visit more places in the hotell except for the lobby and breakfast room but this I think could have been better. 1. The TV - such low quality and I did not really know how to manage it anyway except for trial and error. 2. I did not see any information folder but maybe I did not find it? 3. Better tourist information in the lobby. 4. The - städvagn in Swedish - cleaning wagon - was not very easy to handle - they need better equipment.
5. Funny though that your offer was higher than the one at booking.com. 6. I would have liked more information about what was going on outside and their working hours and the plans for the future - WHAT will happen there - will they build many houses that will affect you and the stay of your guests. As I did not use the balcony due to the season it did not bother me very much but you could have written something in the lobby about it?
