Stay was good. Nice compact room for two people. Even though there is no reception and everything is online, customer service is very good. We were able to extend the stay through chat service. Also upon request we we were also provided with late checkout without any additional cost. Thank you!!
The kettle was not clean enough, it looked rusted !!!

The location is ideal. They offer free parking on site. There's a shared kitchen and laundry room. Breakfast is offered nearby at a low price.

Forenom bombards with emails and messages on how to check in, how to extend your stay, how to purchase extra services. Pretty much the same information again and again.
Uncomfortable beds and pillows.
Nice that they offer laundry service but the machines are 10+ years old.
Ventilation doesn't work very well.
I was surprised by the size of my room. I got one for 2 people. It was small, even for just one person.
The photos don't reflect reality, definitely not the first ones. I booked the standard room, I saw perhaps the first 3 photos, and it looked nice. I should have checked the last ones, to get a clearer picture of the size and bed configuration
