Very friendly and outgoing staff! we had some issues with our rooms, but Mikko(support) was really nice and we got it solved in 10 minutes.

The frying pan disappeared from the kitchen sometimes, so i needed to fry my eggs in the pot.

Better a tick to sleep on than a van

This place is a workman's paradise. If you are a laborer and used to sleeping in your own car, then this place is 100% good for you. But everyone else... stay away. Choose a Scandic hotel, for example, and I will. For me, this hotel was like an experience in a haunted castle. Excuse my frankness.

1) No staff on site 2) Staff sends too many emails... like a spam machine 3) Doors can't be locked 4) There was a bullet hole in my bedspread. Someone's gun went off in the bed. So a metal gun. 5) There are no signs downstairs to tell you where the hotel room is 6) Staff doesn't answer all questions 7) My room smelled like a man's perfume, luckily I could open the window Here are a few of the shortcomings...

Good for a couple of days or for an emergency.

Bathroom was very good. Bed was good. The customer service was very efficient to help me with a personal problem.

The window of the room opened just, something like, 10 centimeters or even less. So ,it wasn't easy to have a good air circulation inside of the room. There was no sink, even though they provide a few cutleries and plates.

Not satisfied with my room

The location is ideal. They offer free parking on site. There's a shared kitchen and laundry room. Breakfast is offered nearby at a low price. Easy check in .

Forenom bombards with emails and messages on how to check in, how to extend your stay, how to purchase extra services. Pretty much the same information again and again. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Nice that they offer laundry service but the machines are 10+ years old. Ventilation doesn't work very well. I was surprised by the size of my room. I got one for 2 people. It was small, even for just one person. The photos don't reflect reality, definitely not the first ones. I booked the standard room, I saw perhaps the first 3 photos, and it looked nice. I should have checked the last ones, to get a clearer picture of the size and bed configuration

Fine to sleep a night or two

Nice view from the window.

A lot of not-most-important things were broken. Like ventilation in the bathroom, some of the lamps, window opener, freezer door, etc. One of the water taps leaks when being used. Nothing serious, but anyways... The room had dull gray walls with hardly masked dents. And the room was really tiny, as well as tiny shared kitchen. And there was no coffee maker in the room.

Not far from train station that takes you to Helsinki centre

Tiny beds and linen comes off so easily that you spend the night arranging the bed. Breakfast is at the petrol station cafeteria…not bad but very simple and limited for the price. No other options nearby. No staff available at all, No reception desk. One of the lights of the beds had the wire broken which was a serious hazard so we disconnected it but had to do without it.

Location quite close to Leppävaara train station and Sello shopping mall.

The room was very small and not very clean and the leg of one of the beds was almost unfastened, as was also the door handle. Very poor sound-proofing in the room.

Someone opened my door at 8 AM. I think she was the staff. And I couldn't sleep after that. There is an intense smoking smell in room number 322, and I’m allergic to smoke, and I couldn't breathe.

There are all the necessary facilities, the room was kept warm despite the weather outside. Very quiet.

I did notice some build up dust in the room, in the corners, where not everyone would notice

Well-equipped room in a quiet location with a big parking lot.

Easy access to the hotel and room with a door code. The room was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped.

Dusty floors made it seem as the room wasn't vacuumed at all. Also, some stuff were left in the room from the previous hotel guests (socks, make up), which shows that the room wasn't properly cleaned.
