The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We didn’t realize when booking that this is a hotel school where students make up part of the staff, but they were all very helpful, kind, and professional. The room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was good, and the free parking in front of the hotel was very convenient. The hotel is also close to a bus stop, and having restaurant options on-site was a great advantage
There was nothing major to criticize. The beds weren’t always made properly in the morning, which wasn’t a big issue but something we noticed. The hotel is also not very central, so getting to the city centre usually requires taking the bus or about a 25-minute walk.

Friendly and helpful hospitality students run the hotel. The room offered beautiful views, and I appreciated the overall decor. We also enjoyed a Dutch breakfast with various breads, ham and cheese, boiled eggs, a smoothie and a berry pancake.

Second time here, returned by choice. The staff is very welcoming, they try hard, the rooms are nice and bathrooms are nice. Breakfast was small but nice, would be good to inform that you can ask the staff for sunny side up eggs or scrambled eggs extra.
We had planned to have dinner in the hotel but could not because you have to book in advance. Would have liked to know that. And the pillow was much too high.
