Perfect for family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in La Spezia at Casa Anna-Maria. The hosts, Anna-Maria and Giancarlo, are incredibly friendly and interesting people — spending time with this lovely couple was a true pleasure. All our requests were taken care of immediately. The apartment is decorated with artistic taste, yet it’s very practical and comfortable. The location is perfect for sightseeing, and having secure parking in the courtyard is a big plus in La Spezia. We recommend it!🤍🤍🤍

Public transport works till 20:00-20:30, taxi services are hard to reach. It’s about 25 minutes to go up from train station back to the apartments. Be strong 💪🏻

Clean comfortable apartment with private parking within city centre location. Highly recommended

very clean and comfortable with large enough space for us (2 adults & 2 kids), good 3 star or 4 star hotel level bed and sofabed, new air conditioners, safe private parking in the house property, standard equipped kitchen, nearly city centre location with supermarket/gas station/bus stop/tabacchi/restaurant in 5-10 min walk distance, and very kind caring owner couple.

slow wifi but sholud be fine unless you are a social media liver and need heavy file upload and/or download. no microwave though we did not need it.

Very beautiful and tasteful apartment, only a bus ride away from Train station. Perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre. Very lovely hosts! We strongly recommend this place!

Kitchen (cupboard, fridge) could have been a bit cleaner. Some dogs in neighbourhood that literally bark all night long.

The place is fantastic, big, with lots of lights and spotless clean. Anne Marie and Giancarlo were extremely kind throughout our stay, they even bought a brand new cot for our one year old daughter, so she could sleep. If looking for anywhere to stay in La Spezia, this should be on top of your list!

Magnifique avec mention spéciale pour nos hôtes !

Séjour inoubliable ! La maison est spacieuse, très confortable et parfaitement équipée, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances avec nos 3 enfants de 5 ans 4 ans et 3 ans . Le jardin spacieux un vrai plus pour la région et la place de parking dans la cours fermé également . Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, ce sont les propriétaires : adorables, attentionnés et toujours de bons conseils, ils ont rendu notre semaine encore plus agréable. Un immense merci pour leur accueil, nous repartons le cœur rempli de beaux souvenirs et ne manquerons pas de revenir chez eux si nous décidons de revenir dans la région . Vraiment merci on a eu un pincement au cœur ce matin à notre départ car ils sont vraiment attachants . Futurs voyageurs vous avez de la chance ;-)

Perfect verblijf om de cinque terre- regio te bezoeken!

Rustig gelegen op wandelafstand (10 tot 15min) van het station en centrum. Veilige parkeerplaats achter het hek. Ruime en propere woning. Goede matrassen op zowel het 2-persoonsbed als op de slaapzetel. Airco in slaapkamer en living. Afwasmachine en wasmachine aanwezig. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars!

Es war alles in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren super nett. Danke noch mal. Es waren ca. 30 min. zu Fuß bis in die Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Pizzeria in der Nähe.

Super logement et hôtes

L'appartement est confortable, très grand et bien équipé avec un agréable jardin où nous avons pu prendre les repas. Les propriétaires parlent parfaitement le français, ils sont très gentils, serviables et de bons conseils. Une place de parking est disponible sur place et le logement est proche des commodités (supermarché, restaurant,...). Il est très aisé de se rendre à la gare ou en ville avec la présence également de bus à proximité. Nous recommandons bien sûr ce logement et remercions encore nos hôtes pour l'accueil.

L'appartement était très bien. Très bonne literie sur l'ensemble des couchages. Il est très spacieux ,très bien équipé. Gros avantage propriété avec une cour fermée permettant de garer son véhicule en toute sécurité. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, accueillants, serviables , donnent de bons conseils pour les restos à proximité et pour les visites. Nous avons tout fait à pied et en train pour les visites( Cinque Terre, Pise, Portofino et Porto Venere ) 20 mn à pied pour la gare sinon bus à proximité. Séjour magnifique nous recommandons le logement sans problème

Geweldig!! Mooie uitvalbasis voor Cinque Terre.

Super lieve en behulpzame mensen. Zeer gastvrij. Ze verhuren de begane grond en wonen zelf op eerste verdieping. De auto parkeer je op hun terrein achter een hek, waarvan je ook de sleutels krijgt. Mooie ruime woonkamer, de keuken is compleet, fijne warme douche en wasmachine. Mooie tuin met zitje. Gelegen in rustig gedeelte van de stad. Horeca en supermarkt op paar minuten lopen en met 20 min loop je naar de winkelstraat. Naar de haven is een wandeling van zo'n 40 min maar ook goed bereikbaar met de bus. Veel privacy en absoluut niet het idee dat we in de gaten werden gehouden.
