Great stay, clean and close to everything, very welcoming and warm hosts, nothing to dislike !

Superb location, an apartment at the ground floor of a villa, with a private garden. Must try the Da Pipeo pizza at 100 meters from the location, there is also a convenience store at a 5 mins walk.

Peaceful and value-for-money stay for visiting the Cinque Terre.

Newly renovated and clean inside. Nice garden to chill in out the back. Good kitchen facilities.

Hot water was just warm enough but could have been hotter. The apartment was generally quite cold although this would be great in hot weather.

They were also very accomodating and offered to drive us to the train station. Great back garden with terrace and grass, very nice and calm. Location was good. Not right in the city center but good bus services.

Lovely and spacious apartment with a nice private garden. It had all the facilities one could need.

It was a bit far from the center, but we drove to a free parking in the center and walked from there.

Great place!

The property was nice, all was fairly new and more then enough space for the 2 of us. The hosts where lovely people that tried to help us wherever they could. There English wasn't perfect but we managed to communicate. Also a secured parking spot that was a bit small but the car was safe, this was important for us. There was also an adorable cat that is from the hosts that we could cuddle. Bonus points for us cat lovers! We really enjoyed our stay.

The floor was a bit dirty, would not recommend to walk barefoot. The showerhead was a bit crooked and therefore the water didn't evenly spread out which was a bit annoying. But beside this the place was mucho benne!

Superb

So nice place to stay in La Spezia! Only 20min walk/4min by bus, to the main train station. In the close neighborhood you can find some shops and the most important, the best pizzeria (Da Pipeo)! The owner of Casa Ines was really nice and more than helpful. He offered to pick us up from the train station at 00:30, when our train was 2h delayed - thank you once again!

Herve and his parents were very welcoming and helpful, providing tips on places to visit. The pizza place round the corner is also a must!

Exceptional

the host is away to spain during my stay in la spezia but he he is well organized in advance about time of my arrival and turned out that his parents are welcome me by that time. they are please to show us around the place and yet they are so nice and kind very much to drive me to the train station just for a day trip to cinque terre eventhough i can take bus no.3 to the train station as well. after traveling around la spezia i caught a train to milan which is very early in the morning. yes, it's his parents again to give me a ride to the train station. it's more than a place for tourist but it's the place that made you feel like staying at your best friend'home.
