Highly recommend. We had a fabulous overnight stay ahead of the Big Bala Swim. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, well furnished, including a modern spacious bathroom. We also dined in the restaurant and were welcomed by Dan and the team -service and timing at table made for a very relaxing atmosphere, attentive but with ‘space’ between courses. Drinks options were extensive including local gin. Nothing was too much trouble, all staff were pleasant and engaging, with a great gluten free menu. All locally sourced produce, which was both tasty and presently beautifully, especially the fish cakes and cheeseboard! Thanks again.

A wonderful place to stay. We were made to feel very welcome. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. There was an excellent choice of beers, and our evening meal was cooked to perfection. Our breakfast was very tasty and generous. It was the best cooked breakfast we’d had for a long time. Thank you to everyone at Plas yn Dre.
