Exceptional Stay

The local was great and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. It's a very well laid out accommodation with good privacy and in a very nice part of Wick. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help and make our stay as nice as they possibly could. Highly recommend.

On reflection I honestly can't say there was nothing not to like.

The property was lovely! Spacious and well equipped. It was a very comfortable place to stay and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal for exploring Wick, Thurso and the surrounding area. The hosts were wonderful. Fantastic communication and very friendly.

Very Cosy and very modern, I loved the Jacuzzi bath after a long walk with the dog. Plenty of space and the hosts couldn't be any nicer.

This property was excellent it was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed for a great stay. If i could rate it higher i would. The bathroom is spacious and the jacuzzi bath was great for relaxing after a long drive

PRPERTY WAS IN GOOD LOCATION.IDEAL BASE FOR TOURING ABOUT.VERY CLAEN AND WELL KEPT PROPERTY.VARIETY OF SHOPS AND LARGER SUPERMARKETS.QUIET AREA ,DOG FRIENDLY WITH NERABY WALKS. WOULD COME BACK AGAIN, WHEN WE VISITED WEATHER WAS EXCEPIONAL.

Everything a couple could want.

Spacious. Comfortable bed. We’ll appointed bathroom. Good layout in the kitchen/living room. Kitchen contained everything required. Good television and Wi-Fi.

Could have done with an additional chair in the bedroom. This was partly due to my wife’s disability. She also struggled with external steps but the owners did all they could to help which was fine.

we didn’t dislike anything in the cottage. options to improve: - darkening the bedroom, it’s light early in the morning…. - change the sink cupboard. it’s downgrading the luxurious feel of the bathroom.

Little bit of luxury in Wick.

Beautiful, light and well decorated. It's a lot bigger than you'd expect and the bathroom is fantastic. Alex and Katrina are so lovely and their dog is super friendly which is a great bonus. Its pretty central to everything and is so quiet and peaceful.

Very little it was almost perfect! There is a small amount of damage in the bathroom but that's about all I could say. It was a beautiful property.

Lovely comfortable cottage. warm, super shower, comfortable bed.We spent 5nights there ideal place to relax after day’s exploring.Our hosts Alexander and Katrina and little Willow (spaniel) very welcoming.

Luxury apartment in a quiet area of the town convenient for exploring Caithness

Exceptional apartment which provided a very comfortable stay. Everything we could possibly require was there with the lovely touch of shortbread and milk. The area was very quiet and sheltered from the North winds.

Stayed for work took dog. Good dog walk nearby. Parking at door. Very comfortable.

This is a self contained annexe to the host's house but it feels private enough. It is very well furnished and the rooms are big. Ideal for a working visit. About 10 mins into town on foot. Parking right at the door. We chose it because dogs are accepted. There is no enclosed garden with the property though we were offered the use of an enclosed area. However there is a river park/walk a few minutes walk away from the house which was ideal for dog walking.

Lovely spacious accommodation close to town center. Would recommend to others.

Easy walk to town. Spacious rooms. Comfy Bed. Nice jacuzzi bath. Good Garden space for dog. Useful ideas and suggestions for things to do. Relatively short drive to ferry for Orkney day trip and John OGroats, Duncansby stacks, Dunnet head and beach.

The dishwasher didn't work which we found out after loading it to run but later found nothing clean so had to unload it and wash up.

A beautiful holiday home in a lovely part of Scotland, with so much to see whatever the weather. We chose this cottage as we wanted somewhere special for our 25th wedding anniversary and it had it all!! It's very comfortable, well equipped, spacious and the hosts were excellent. Class and luxury!!

We stayed at Langley cottage on our way round the NC500. The cottage was the best we’ve stayed in. The king size bed was soooo comfy and the jacuzzi bath was just luxury! The cottage was cleaned to a high standard. Katrina was brilliant at answering any questions I had, she replied quick and informed us on things to stop of at on the way from Brora. Alex was very friendly and showed us round when we arrived, we loved listening to him. We would 100% come back to Langley cottage if ever in the area again! The cottage is also dog friendly which is perfect for us as we had our little dog with us! Thank you Katrina & Alex for such a wonderful experience!

Everything, very comfortable, clean, well equipped with good fixtures and fittings. Bed was very comfortable. Location great for local amenities and for exploring North Coast of Scotland. Rosie our wee Border Terrier enjoyed too...

Home from home

Perfect location for trips to John O’Groats. Spotlessly clean. Lovely huge bed. Hosts were so nice, showed us around on arrival, talked us through the extra COVID precautions they had taken whilst cleaning. They were also very friendly and helpful when chatting if passing outside the property.
