Great little hotel

We really liked the lady on reception in the evening (weds) she was very efficient and cheerful. She made us both and our 2 dogs very welcome. She was also very patient with our French and she spoke some English. The breakfast is simple, but fresh and good quality. The restaurant is a very nice area to use The rooms are clean, simple and functional. Tea and coffee available in the room. We have stayed twice during the last 2 weeks for one night each time, we found it to be quiet at night. There was a grassed area to exercise the dogs, the car park is gated at night.

Perfect stay as usual

Perfect for a one night stay. it was the sixth time we've stayed there en route to the South. The staff were excellent as usual The evening meal and breakfast were fine

Been going here for years but no more

Messed up our booking and had to wait a while for things to be sorted out. No lift. Asked for ground floor room and they confirmed but when we arrived we were told all ground floor rooms were occupied. Eventually given a room on gf with 3 beds! Better than any room we have had before here. Any way we liked this place for two main reasons - a good restaurant and an enclosed field for dogs. We won't stay again because we have seen a gradual reduction in choice in the restaurant and wine prices are excessive and the first guy on reception was really unhelpful and after driving 600 miles I didn't want grief about the room I had booked and they confirmed. There are plenty of excellent reasonably priced hotels in France.

It met my expectations for the money paid. Staff were friendly.

Rooms were clean and well serviced, bed was comfy. Perfect if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

Room was very hot with no air conditioning, I had to buy a fan for the room as the reception didn't have any available. The bathroom/shower was very small. Room had no cupboards or drawers to put clothes in. Wifi also frequently disconnected from my phone.

Relaxing Stay

2 nights relaxing after driving from Portugal. The location was great, rooms clean and tidy, breakfast excellent for the price.

With it being self catering it would be nice to have an area that you can eat a meal in, we understand that with it being a restaurant there are rules to follow
