We really liked the lady on reception in the evening (weds) she was very efficient and cheerful. She made us both and our 2 dogs very welcome. She was also very patient with our French and she spoke some English.
The breakfast is simple, but fresh and good quality. The restaurant is a very nice area to use
The rooms are clean, simple and functional. Tea and coffee available in the room.
We have stayed twice during the last 2 weeks for one night each time, we found it to be quiet at night.
There was a grassed area to exercise the dogs, the car park is gated at night.

Messed up our booking and had to wait a while for things to be sorted out. No lift. Asked for ground floor room and they confirmed but when we arrived we were told all ground floor rooms were occupied. Eventually given a room on gf with 3 beds! Better than any room we have had before here. Any way we liked this place for two main reasons - a good restaurant and an enclosed field for dogs. We won't stay again because we have seen a gradual reduction in choice in the restaurant and wine prices are excessive and the first guy on reception was really unhelpful and after driving 600 miles I didn't want grief about the room I had booked and they confirmed. There are plenty of excellent reasonably priced hotels in France.
See above. Room was ok. Shower good and the double bed fine but it wasn't a normal room.
