Overpriced for a place that isn’t a proper hotel
No staff on arrival, just locked door. Had to phone the number on the front of the hotel to speak to someone to get a key code to let ourselves in. Only one member of staff turned up after around 40 minutes. Felt that the description ‘boutique hotel’ is very misleading indeed.

Enjoyable , comfortable stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Erawan Boutique Hotel in Évreux. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was beautifully clean, quiet, and very comfortable — just what we needed after a long day’s drive. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and we appreciated how relaxed the whole atmosphere felt. The location was perfect for us, with easy parking close by. Thank you for a lovely stay — we’ll definitely come back if we’re in the area again. Pauline & David Stewart

Boutique spa hotel combing the best of an Airbnb and a hotel.
Beautiful spa hotel with quiet lovely rooms. The whirlpool bath was definitely worth paying 25€ extra for! The fully equipped communal kitchen allowed us to make our own breakfast and light supper the night before and enjoy it on the lovely terrace.

Cute boutique hotel in Evreux. Loved the hot tub.
Cute boutique hotel that feels like you're staying in someone's house. Perfect for a weekend trip. The hot tub was perfect and the bathroom was massive in our king room.
Just a small point knocked off as the room was a little hot (like many small independent places in France that have not AC) and the breakfast wasn't ready when we arrived. But those could be forgiven.
