Not a good Kyriad.

The solitary member of staff was helpful and provided a pretty good breakfast

Compared with the other Kyriad we used this holiday, this one was sadly lacking. The bathroom was not clean and there was no tea or coffee in the room. The whole place seemed dated.

Restaurant was closed, no alternative facilities nearby. Location sandwiched between a busy road, an industrial estate and a bus depot. Awoken early (6 am) by staff opening and closing doors loudly.

Good place, would stay again

Good basic accommodation for an overnight stop en route to Spain Friendly staff Quiet neighbourhood despite being very close to the autoroute. (You need to almost do a 360 turn round the block to find the entrance)

Shower took forever to warm up TV has a bright 'on light' along with other leds - solved by unplugging everything I could No cup to drink from Loose taps It is possible to close the door without slamming it - you need to keep the handle down when opening, until you have closed the door again. If you let go of the handle you have to slam it which is a nuisance to everyone on your floor. This is a problem in many hotels of this type

Staff nice, rooms and hotel in general poor.

The lady who was working was super helpful and friendly, even though my French was not very good. She tried her best to understand my poor French and tried to speak English to help me out. This was a big plus

The hotel is going through a refurbishment. We weren't told about this. Two of our three rooms smelt like cigarette smoke.

Proximity to onward route.

Room had a broken window so it couldn't be opened on a sweltering night. No air con. No plug in washbasin- useless for shaving and for being economical with water. No toilet brush. No kettle/ drink sachets. Worst if all No restaurant at weekends and no indicator if this on booking site.

The standard of the hotel in general has dropped. Cleanliness poor. Shower room not clean. Smelly. Toilet very dirty. Shower tray stained and doors very dirty. The standard of the breakfast has gone down. We have stayed here before but will not stay again.

The room was great size and bed comfy with good wifi. The bathroom was a good useable Size. Plenty of desk space and sockets. There was a bar which was open also had a nice terrace. Free parking in a good sized car park. The staff were great

The hot water took for ever to come through. Maybe because it was Sunday but the only bread on offer was sliced which is dissappointing In France. The location is industrial, pity as its a nice hotel.
