Exceptional family traditional hotel in the hearth of Dolomites

The stuff was very friendly, communicative, git chance to.learn some new italian words,the whole hotel was very clean, stylish, the breakfast and dinners were exceptionally good, wellness was really luxurious. There was a family atmosphere.

We had in the start of our stay some issue with understanding some rules or we did not get the chance read them,, but this was resolved in very pro-customer way,so it was just some coincidence , which got us know better with the owner.

Upon aerrival to the hotel, to our shock me and my wife were placed in a room which looked like a student dormitory. I expressed my dissapontment to the owner and in a rude and condescending manner, he replied that if we weren't happy, we could look for a room in a five star hotel. Due to this unpleasant and degrading situation we had no choice but to leave. We are deeply saddened that our first experience of visiting the Italian mountains was ruined by disissive and boorisn behaviur of thr owner. Dr & Mrs Dabek

Everything was there to relax after my trekking: friendly staff, clean and quiet room (at the back) with a terrace to enjoy the weather, a lovely sauna, the food was excellent (fresh)!

Tutto lo staff è stato molto gentile, la colazione per tutti i gusti e con torte fatte in casa, cene ottime e varie con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. La camera piccolina ma pulita e ben tenuta, con balconcino spazioso vista montagna.

Ci è piaciuto tutto: La posizione a due passi dal centro di Moena, l'accoglienza di tutto il personale, la pulizia delle camere, le colazioni ricche e variegate, il centro benessere, il parcheggio comodo davanti all'ingresso dell'hotel. Nota di merito per la cucina, piatti eccezionali e menù ricercato ad ogni cena.

Vacanze a Moena

Hotel veramente molto carino, la posizione è strategica perché appena fuori dalla ztl di Moena, il che consente massima libertà di movimento in auto ma anche di raggiungere il centro con una passeggiata di 5 minuti in leggerissima discesa. Il cibo è ottimo, dalla colazione alla cena, e c'è una buona scelta per tutti i palati. La spa non è enorme ma ha davvero tutto il necessario (sauna, bagno turco, piscina idromassaggio interna ed esterna, servizio massaggi, doccia sensoriale, ecc.) ed è davvero piacevole trascorrervi la fine della giornata dopo una bella camminata in attesa di andare a cena. Personalmente abbiamo prenotato in formato mezza pensione con accesso incluso alla spa e faremo sicuramente la stessa scelta quando ci torneremo in futuro.

Tutto perfetto. Sono tutti gentilissimi, dai proprietari al personale che ci lavora. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Un plus per noi è la mascotte dell'hotel: ovvero l'adorabile Thea. Un meraviglioso bovaro che con la sua voglia di coccole è stata per noi davvero la ciliegina sulla torta.

Uznaję ten pobyt za całkiem udany.

Śniadania monotonne, ale na tygodniowy pobyt to było ok. Bardzo dobra jajecznica, kawa i całkiem spory wybór. Pokój bardzo czysty - codzienne sprzątany, wymieniane ręczniki. Bardzo miła obsługa. Ciekawą opcją jest możliwość wyboru kolacji - w całkiem dobrej cenie.

Pokój jest bardzo mały - dla nas dwojga "na styk". Ze względu na umiejscowienie pokoju - pierwsze piętro (ale to poziom gruntu) pokój mało doświetlony (ciemny) i bez ciekawego widoku. Problemem była konieczność deklaracji /rezerwacji kolacji - dzień przed lub najpóźniej w trakcie śniadania. Czasem zmieniały nam się plany - a kolacja już była zarezerowana, dodatkowo - o ustalonej jednej godzinie. To nas czasem ograniczało. Tak samo kwestia basenu - konieczna codzienna rezerwacja, ale tylko w dwóch ustalonych mozliwych do wyboru godzinach. Defakto basenu nie ma. Jest za to duże jacuzzi - wewnętrzne i na zewnątrz. Hotel znajduje się na obrzeżach miejscowości co utrudnia czasem dostęp do wszytskich atrakcji/wydarzeń organizowanych w centrum Moeny.
