A lovely family-run hotel with a clean, cosy room and truly kind, welcoming staff. The breakfast was excellent and high quality, with freshly cooked omelettes, yoghurt, fruit, local honey, and delicious homemade breads and brioche. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which was extremely tasty and well prepared. Perfect for a skiing holiday thanks to the heated ski storage, and ideally located just a short walk from the city centre. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay. The staff was so nice and accommodating. We were a large group and it was so nice to meet in the common area for a drink in the evenings after skiing. The spa area is great. Needs to be booked ahead of time but as a group we had the whole place to ourselves. Also it has ski storage. The highlight is the breakfast. It was one of the best we had in a long time. The restaurant also looked very good…! Not far from the city center.

It’s the perfect place for peace and quiet. Breakfast!!! Oh my God, that breakfast was scrumptious! We’ve stayed in many places through the years, and the breakfast at La Serenella gets 5 stars!! The staff were just perfect, friendly and very professional.

The bed… it was very hard and uncomfortable. Shame. We only stayed for one night, but had we had to stay for longer, we would asked to change room.

there was no hot water after 1 min of shower it becomes warm to cold and this 3 days in a roll. this is not what we expect when we have been skiing all day in cold weather. it was not mentioned in the booking app that we the spa has to be paid extra 30eur per day and there was also no availability. and we choose this hotel especially because of the SPA.

the location is probably the most interesting of this hotel

Becouse of covid-19 we had to queue for breakfast (!!!) and we couldn't access the spa, which was fully booked for the entire week end.. Our room was ok, but room tempertature was definitely low for our taste. We had to ask for an additional blanket twice before succeeding in getting it. Not a bad experience overall, but considering the price of the room I definitely do not recommend it (expecially during covid limitations)

Отдыхали в феврале, отель очень чистый красивый ухоженный, все классно! Отличные завтраки! Персонал дружелюбный! Вечером в ресторане тоже можно вкусно поесть. Отличный спа за дополнительные деньги! Сначала дали номер на мансарде, на следующий день поменяли на прекрасный номер с балконом!

Плохо что сауна, за дополнительные деньги, об этом не было написано в описании. И мы узнали об этом только после бронирования. А выбирали отель в основном потому что там есть сауна и думали она входит в стоимость.

Super snídaně a lokalita

Opravdu potvrzuji výjimečné snídaně, u pana kuchaře si můžete objednat omeletu, volská oka, palačinku, lívance, ovesnou kaši.. v bufetu vyber ovoce, javorový sirup, arašídové máslo, med v plástvi, domácí džemy, různé chleby, koláče, müsli, croissanty.. pak si také můžete objednat ze dvou fresh džusů, jakoukoli kávu (cappucino s extra shotem byl perfektní), je zde i filtrovaná káva (americano) Ty snídaně mi budou opravdu chybět. Je k dispozici lyžárna. Ručníky a úklid na pokoji se mění každý den. Personál byl moc milý, vždycky se nám snažili vyhovět, moc dobře se o nás starali.

Menší pokoj, ve vybavení nebyla k dispozici rychlovarná konvice, nebyla lednice (ale v zimě to nevadí, věci dáte ven do sněhu). Wellness bohužel není v ceně, jak jsme si mysleli, stojí 50€ pro 2 osoby na 1 hodinu nebo 75€ na 2 hodiny. Postel byla trošku nepohodlná, tvrdší madrace a polštáře, měli jsme trošku problém, že po 2 dnech netekla teplá voda, nešlo nám to ani zregulovat kohoutkama.

Sono rimasta sommariamente soddisfatta.

Colazione abbastanza ricca e soddisfacente, la posizione è ideale per gli sciatori con lo Sky bus proprio di fronte l'Hotel, personale cordiale ed attento.

La mia camera era 1 singola un pò datata nell'arredamento, soprattutto per la moquette come pavimentazione, oggi giorno inaccettabile! Spero di trovare rinnovamento la prossima volta.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato per alcuni giorni presso l’Hotel La Serenella, vivendo un’esperienza sinceramente meravigliosa. Siamo stati accolti dalla titolare, che è immagine e perfetta espressione della diligenza e della cordialità che contraddistinguono l’intero staff. Siamo stati lieti di fare colazione e cenare presso il ristorante dell’hotel, rimanendo profondamente e piacevolmente colpiti dall’eccellenza delle pietanze proposte e dalla professionalità di chi vi lavora. Il menù è concepito con cura, all’insegna del rispetto delle tradizioni locali, della qualità delle materie prime e di un deciso equilibrio fra innovazione e territorio. I servizi offerti agli ospiti si caratterizzano per cura del dettaglio, attenzione alle esigenze di tutte le persone, precisione, pulizia, nell’obiettivo di garantire ai clienti che soggiornano in struttura una permanenza gradevole e “coccolata”. La camera aveva una preziosa vista sul paesaggio montano e nevoso della splendida Moena; lo staff ha fatto sì che i nostri spazi fossero sempre impeccabili, con una speciale attenzione al bisogno di eventuali servizi extra. Anche la pulizia e la manutenzione degli spazi comuni sono stati sempre puntuali. Hotel La Serenella è stato per noi un posto speciale, che ci ha lasciato ricordi che custodiremo con affetto, e presso il quale desideriamo tornare, anche in stagioni diverse dal magico inverno trentino.

Viaggio itinerante in moto in Trentino

L'hotel è in una ottima posizione, a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Moena. Per noi che viaggiamo in moto è valore aggiunto il garage. la stanza scelta (per una notte) era molto semplice, ma la cucina eccezionale. Anche per me (problemi con il glutine), c'erano tante possibilità e un menù specifico per la colazione, servito a parte e con cura (non le solite merendine confezionate). lo consiglio

Un ottimo albergo 3 stelle con servizi eccellenti a due passi dal centro di Moena.

Il servizio colazione è eccellente, con una buona gamma di prodotti da scegliere a buffet e altri (centrifughe, spremute, pancake, ecc) cucinati al momento. Bello il centro benessere, di cui si può usufruire in esclusiva a pagamento.

Non ci sono stati aspetti negativi. Forse, nella mia bella camera singola, dotata di balcone, il letto era piccolino.
