Overall, a pleasant stay with great rooms and service.

The rooms exceeded our expectations compared to the photos—new images would better reflect their quality. The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the cleaning staff were exceptionally kind, leaving a positive impression on all four of us.

The reception staff were unwelcoming, and my earlier message about parking went unanswered, making arrival stressful due to restricted residence only streets in the town centre.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto: 1. Pulizia dei locali 2. Posteggio riservato alla cifra di 5euro al giorno 3. La stanza era molto bella e calda 4. La colazione in camera 5. 6 minuti dall'impianto di Ronchi Valbona e super centrale come posizione nel paesino di Moena

Mi sono trovato molto male nonostante le recensioni positive purtroppo: per il mal funzionamento del sistema di riscaldamento, rumoroso e nonostante questo termosifoni spenti quasi sempre, per la scomodità del materasso “vecchio” e la non chiusura corretta delle persiane, per il parcheggio lontano dalla struttura e la colazione da colonia! In camera da letto non c’è la televisione… Per non parlare della mancanza di competenza e professionalità ricevuta … Pessima esperienza

L'hotel si trova in centro a Moena, con il servizio skibus appena di fronte si possono raggiungere comodamente gli impianti. Struttura pulita e accogliente. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale. Siamo stati molto bene!

Meravigliosa vacanza di natale

Posizione meravigliosa in centro storico, il parcheggio a pagamento è situato a due passi dalla struttura. La camera comodissima con una zona tavolo per la colazione che viene consegnata la mattina con prodotti freschissimi. Noi abbiamo vissuto la bellissima atmosfera natalizia, con la possibilità di fare trekking a piedi direttamente dal paesino. Ogni giorno la stanza veniva pulita. I ragazzi alla reception sono stati gentilissimi.

Posizione centralissima al paese e una suite molto spaziosa con ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e il personale alla reception molto cordiale e disponibile.

La colazione in camera molto interessante e comoda ma sinceramente preferisco la scelta a buffet di quello che voglio mangiare.

Una finestra su Moena

Hotel in pieno centro ma dotato di parcheggio privato (con supplemento ragionevole). Le soluzioni sono composte da una camera con bagno privato e un’area giorno molto comoda per fare colazione senza lo stress degli orari. La dispensa è fornita di tutto il necessario ed i prodotti freschi si trovano a partire dalle 7,30 fuori dalla stanza. Nel mini frigo ci sono bevande,frutta e yogurt che vengono messi a disposizione ogni mattina gratuitamente. È presente una macchinetta per le bevande calde. Ogni stanza è dotata di un largo balcone con splendida vista. Prezzo adeguato. Assolutamente consigliato.

Avevamo due prenotazioni: una per celiaci e una no. Ci è stata consegnata nella solita cassetta sia quella con glutine che senza glutine, senza distinzione. Per cui non ho mangiato perché non era comprensibile quale fossero le pietanze senza glutine.

La posizione, la camera bellissima, il terrazzo ampio e fiorito, il bagno nuovissimo, la pulizia ineccepibile, la vista meravigliosa.

La colazione viene servita in camera, le bevande sono solo quelle che è possibile preparare con la macchina elettrica e il resto dei prodotti non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative, tenuto conto del livello della struttura.

L'hotel ha una posizione eccellente nel centro di Moena e vi è disponibilità di un parcheggio clienti ampio ed accessibile a breve distanza.

Preferisco la prima colazione a buffet, ma ho apprezzato comunque quella disponibile con servizio in camera.

La gentilezza del personale e la loro cortesia nel prestare supporto al cliente in base alle esigenze è stata fenomenale, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla e il paesino è adorabile

L'unica nota negativa è stata la macchinetta del caffè inclusa nel servizio in camera che non è stata proprio di nostro gradimento come gusto del caffè. Avremmo preferito un buon caffè da macchinetta da bar, ma per il resto tutto eccezionale

Izredno lep sprejem. Hotel v središču mesta, pogled z balkona na glavni trg. Izjemno prijazno osebje. Nadvse udobne postelje, čistoča na vrhuncu. Zajtrk več kot odličen. Zelo fleksibilno osebje, gospodič na recepciji nama je na najino željo omogočil še dodatno noč. Ker sva odpotovala že v zgodnjih jutranjih urah, nama je receptor, že večer pred odhodom, zajtrk dostavil v sobo. Res pohvalno. Parkirno mesto za motor je direktno pred hotelom. Prepričana sva, da se bova v Post Hotel vedno zelo rada vrnila.
