Great stay during the Olympics!

Very nice SPA with small swimming pool and saunas, excellent breakfast, spacious rooms and parking.

The SPA relaxation area was too warm, which made it difficult to cool down properly after the sauna. The breakfast system was also somewhat confusing — many tables were marked as reserved for specific rooms, so guests had to search for their assigned table and sometimes wait, even though several tables remained unoccupied. Nevertheless, the overall stay was enjoyable.

We stayed at a centrally located hotel in Moena and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. It's a very family-friendly place, with a dedicated playroom for children. The spa was excellent and a perfect way to relax. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. We also appreciated the discount vouchers for local restaurants provided by the hotel – a nice added bonus!

There was no free parking available, and the refrigerator in the room wasn’t working properly.

A very cozy, comfortable and relaxing stay

The spacious and nice room, the swimming pool and wellness centre were a plus after a long day of hiking!

Limited garage space. Google maps took us on the mountains, whereas the hotel is downtown.

Excellent accommodation, very spacious and far better than anticipated. Good location.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. the Spa facilities are amazing and we made good use of them. Good location to town centre, ski hire shop etc. Each room has it's own heated ski locker allocated which was plenty big enough for all our equipment.

If the hotel had a bar or social space for the evening then it would have been perfect. Had to pay extra for parking, which we have never had to do be before. We chose the outside parking because it was cheaper, to park underground it was an extra 10 euros per day which is quite expensive.

All in all the accommodation was very nice. It would be nice if the beds were a double bed with a double blanket instead

We liked the location, the sauna and pool facilities and the room/lounge/bathroom.

We did not like that we had to pay for parking or that there was not any vegan options provided for breakfast other than fruit.

A beautiful view, big bed, clean and a variety of food on breakfast.

That you have to pay for towels for sauna or swimming pool. You can use your towels from bathroom but I think 1 towels should be especially for sauna.

posizione centralissima pochi passi ci sono bar, ristoranti e il centro città. La colazione è fantastica!! Vastissima scelta dal salato al dolce, ottimi anche i succhi di frutta. Camere spaziose e confortevoli purtroppo siamo rimasti solo una notte

CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Davvero una bellissima struttura. La nostra camera era una suite al 5° piano, mansardata con i soffitti inclinati: davvero deliziosa con l’arredamento in legno tipico montano. La ragazza in reception che ci ha accolto gentilissima e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per il parcheggio (a pagamento), per i ristoranti convenzionati, e per l’uso della tessera della camera che serviva sia per entrare in zona piscina e spa che per accedere dal parcheggio in autonomia quando la struttura è chiusa di notte. La zona piscina forse un po’ troppo calda, ma niente di intollerabile. La spa aperta il pomeriggio, usata per rilassarsi visto che la piscina dopo un po’ è stata presa d’assalto da orde di bambini schiamazzanti che facevano tuffi nonostante i cartelli di divieto (genitori che ovviamente non dicono nulla..) Colazione superfornita sia con salato che con dolci deliziosi. Magari ci torniamo con la neve visto che abbiamo soggiornato un weekend di ottobre con gran parte delle strutture chiuse dopo la stagione estiva.

Personale cortese, camera spaziosa, ambienti puliti, colazione abbondante e varia. Essendoci fermati solo una notte non abbiamo usufruito dei servizi spa.

Purtroppo per errore ci è stata addebitata la tassa di soggiorno due volte. Ma me ne sono accorta quando ormai eravamo già in viaggio di ritorno.

Punteggio massimo per la cortesia del personale, la ricchezza della colazione e la qualità della SPA. La junior suite è organizzata in 2 ambienti oltre al bagno, dalle foto sul sito la immaginavo un po' più grande, ma comunque accogliente e ben organizzata per armadi, mensole e appendi abiti. Molto gradito il frigorifero ed il bollitore a disposizione

L'unica nota meno positiva è la scarsità di luce in generale. Andare in montagna per me significa godere anche dei panorami e della luminosità del cielo, cose che mi sono mancate: la camera era un po' sotto il livello della strada quindi comodo il piccolo giardino (in particolare perchè ero con il mio cane) ma ho dovuto tenere sempre la luce accesa. La sala colazione è al piano -1 quindi senza finestre, anche la luce nel bagno e in camera da letto molto tenue.... Consiglio di chiedere la camere ai piani alti.

Farei osservare con più attenzione l’accesso da parte di bambini nella piscina. Farei inoltre indossare obbligatoriamente la cuffia. Purtroppo nuotando un po’ ci si imbatte in parecchi capelli.

Personale gentilissimo dalle addette alle pulizie, che ringrazio per l’attenzione nei confronti miei e del mio gattino, alla receptionist, al personale in sala. Colazione ottima e con tanta varietà. La ragazza che accoglie gli ospiti in sala al mattino presto dopo un solo giorno si ricordava cosa portare da bere a ciascun ospite ed era sempre molto cordiale e sorridente. Lo stesso per la collega che la raggiungeva in un secondo tempo. Piscina bella calda, bagno turco rilassante ed anche i materassi ad acqua nella zona benessere veramente confortevoli. Vacanza da consigliare !!!

Ottimo soggiorno in Val di Fassa!

Bella struttura, moderna ma in stile di montagna. Camera superior dell’hotel spaziosa e di ottimo gusto. Soggiorno perfetto, colazione abbondante e varia, stanze pulitissime con riordino giornaliero, nel pieno centro di Moena, con parcheggio coperto o scoperto (da prenotare e non compreso nel soggiorno). Personale gentile e disponibile, sempre a disposizione. Presenti servizi di animazione per bambini e piscina interna con bagno turco e sauna. Consigliatissimo!

Non eravamo stati avvisati al momento della prenotazione della necessità di prenotare il parcheggio esterno o il garage e di doverli pagare a parte.
