Lovely stay

Beautiful cosy room with a stunning view. Really enjoyed the spa as well. Staff was very friendly.

Lift was broken, as was the fridge in our room, which when travelling with a baby and a dog is not ideal.

Perfect for price/offer

This hotel was great for our group of 3 friends. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty, and they had a big choice of local wines. We really enjoyed the spa — with the rainy and snowy weather in April, it was so nice to relax in the warm. The rooms were clean and comfortable. For the price, it was a very good choice. We would love to come back!

The staff was so kind and the beds were very comfy! Our children loved swimming in the pool, chatting with the chickens, and exploring Moena. We would LOVE to come back with our family!

Pillipo, was very helpful. His dog Lucky helped to make us feel right at home. He was loving and kind. Pillipo gave us good directions to a nice hike and information about the local area. He made our stay a gracious host. We will definitely come back again.

Disappointing

Quiet location Good breakfast (many choices)

We got a room on the 4th floor. The room was very dusty. The bathroom was very unclean (urine stain on the floor, unclean shower). You could shower only if you were lucky enough that no one else was using the shower at that moment (there was a very small or no amound of water going through the pipes). At one point the water stopt runing even in the sink.

First of all part of employee is not speaking in English or very bad. It was hard to understand something and receive some information back. SPA - is not included in the price and when i was booking hotel, i have not find this information. 10 EUR per one hour. With that price for room SPA could be included.

very disappointed

we order at the hotel and when we arrived the official at the desk told us the hotel is full and send us to a apartment near by belong to the hotel clamming it all the same, apart that there is no swimming pool and sauna. When we arrive at the place there was no air-condition no internet and a very poor room , to have breakfast we have to climb 200 m back to the main hotel. Very tricky way Not recommended to any one .

Exceptional

We loved our stay here. The room was spacious and beds large and very comfortable. We made use of the spa at the hotel which was free of charge, and were amazed that there was everything one could wish for: sauna, steam room, about 6-8m long swimming pool, bubble massage seats, tropical shower, even lemonade at the exit from the spa. There was parking next to the hotel, spaces were always available.

The breakfast was nice and adequate but given the quality of the remaining services, we expected it to be richer. It would be nice to serve also eggs or some larger variety of savory items.

I tried to get in touch with them before my stay but no one got in touch. We tried email and message via booking.com. Breakfast was included and seemed great, however, we wish they had vegan options so we could also enjoy it.
