Ristorazione (scelta, qualità e servizio), posizione centrale Moena, vicino skibus (servizio che funziona) ho ricevuto supporto per infortunio, lo staff è venuto al Ps di Cavalese a prendermi.
Camera 405 Letto troppo morbido e cuscini bassi. Non funzionava wifi (ho un a53 samsung), prenotazione posto auto coperto a 10 euro/gg ma non sono stata pre informata che non era in albergo ed è stato difficile raggiungerlo ed entrarci (rampa stretta). Ho dovuto organizzarmi da sola il transfert a Milano con autista durante la mia cena di Natale, non ho ricevuto proposte o soluzioni alla mia situazione. Per un costume dimenticato ho chiamato 3 volte per dare la mia mail e la titolare si è lamentata che avevo dato indirizzo sbagliato, rinfacciandomi che si erano prodigati oltre misura. No comment!
