Nothing I never had such a disappointed experience in a hotel in my life.

Bad breakfast ( Tee was cold with dirty stuff coming out of the pot) No warm items ( no eggs) you can't choose your bread yourself. Very small and dark room without balcony. Not what I have booked. I was very disappointed. Because my view was at the hotel next door with laundry. Staff was unfriendly when I told them this is not the room I have booked. Also the bed was hard. Very limited parking places. I would never recommend to stay here. I had a really bad experience.

Great starting point for exploring the Dolomites slopes

The room was super clean, beds were comfy, wonderful breakfast (but lacking the veggies, so I'd say Italian style :)). We didn't eat dinner in the hotel, but we're sure it is good. The staff is super friendly and speaks English. The ground floor and basement facilities look great. You can get a beer or a cocktail in the evening. We wish we had more energy left to play table tennis. ;)

The view from the room could've been nicer. We weren't sure until arrival if the room will have a balcony (it didn't). The description on Booking is a bit confusing. Also the electric kettle was missing, but to be fair we didn't ask for it. It would be wonderful if there was a small fridge. Anyway, it was worth the money. :)

Welcoming, warm hotel in the beautiful Val di Fassa

Really friendly and welcoming staff and waitresses. The salad buffet, antipasti, and pastas prepared for dinner were delicious, as were all the cakes and sweets. The parking lot is very convenient. There is a nice room with a boot warming rack to put your ski boots on at the end of the ski day. It's only a few minutes walk into the nice little town of Moena, and there's also a ski bus up to San Pellegrino that leaves from right outside the hotel. To get to the Sella Rona it's only a 15-20 minute drive by car. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping extremely tidy--my only issue was that the walls are a little thin, but because it's a family and sport hotel, everyone goes to sleep quite early, so noise was never an issue at night.

Un'accoglienza familiare in un luogo.... di fate.

Colazione buona. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione. Non proprio nel centro di Moena ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. E nello stesso tempo atmosfera tranquilla e familiare. Nessun rumore e quindi abbiamo riposato comodamente.

Manca una televisione nello spazio comune. Forse una scelta ma un peccato magari non vedere insieme agli ospiti la partita di calcio della Nazionale Italiana. Infine oltre alle carte magari avere dei giochi da tavolo per passare il tempo quando piove.

Posizione della camera. Rumorosa posizionata sopra la cucina e sopra la ventilazione. Problemi con l’acqua. Pochissima pressione e difficoltà a fare la doccia con uno zampillo di acqua. La prima sera non è stato possibile fare la doccia. Abbiamo segnalato alla reception. Hanno fatto un intervento di manutenzione ma con scarsi risultati. Visto la problematica Non ci è stato neanche proposto il cambio della camera.
