Good top floor accommodation with 3 connected rooms. Clean and well maintained

No staff ever at reception, no one to ask any information. At arrival and departure, no one to talk to and they are not answering the phone. Used spa once, lights were off and the jacuzzi not filled. Again, no one to talk to....

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist gut erreichbar.

Wir können das Haus für einen längeren Aufenthalt leider nicht empfehlen. Das Haus wirkt wie ausgestorben, es fehlt das "Herz", es ist mehr eine Schlafstätte als ein Wohlfühl-Hotel, wie wir es aus den unzähligen Aufenthalten in Südtirol und Trentino bislang kannten. Im Bad funktionierte weder Heizung noch der Spa-Pool, was aber auf Nachfrage niemanden zu interessieren schien. Der recht hohe Preis war daher in keinster Weise angemessen.

Hotel in posizione centrale (a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro). Camera molto carina con un terrazzino che ci regalava una vista stupenda! Colazione essenziale ma che ci ha soddisfatti. Molto apprezzati i posti auto disponibili per parcheggiare di fronte all’hotel

Buon compromesso, ottimo prezzo Hotel in zona tranquilla a 5 min a piedi dal centro di Moena.

Ottima la colazione anche se mancava latte per intolleranti (sinceramente non l ho nemmeno chiesto) e una sola persona che gestisce il check in/out, il bar e la colazione, a me sembra pochina. Carino l orsetto in entrata, ma manca di colore.

Arrivati all' esterno della struttura mancava una luce in più, che potesse dare il benvenuto o che facesse capire che la struttura è aperta (confermato anche da persone in passeggiata che mi hanno chiesto se l hotel fosse aperto). In bagno la porta non si chiudeva.

Hotel centralissimo

L'hotel Leonardo offre una comoda sistemazione nel centro di Moena con un parcheggio a disposizione. Lo staff è stato disponibile e gentile; la camera ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, seppur con qualche piccolo disguido all'illuminazione. La colazione abbondante e di buon livello; pulizia e confort impeccabili. Da consigliare, seppur con un rapporto qualità/prezzo nella media.

Buona esperienza nel complesso

Molto bella la suite su due piani con, a sorpresa, la grande vasca a idromassaggio con vista montagna! Questo negli anni ‘90 era lusso, da allora apparentemente poco rinnovato. Alla struttura non manca nulla, in più accettano anche i cani, cosa per nulla scontata da queste parti.

Ottimo soggiorno. Con qualche piccolo accorgimento sarebbe stato decisamente perfetto!

Splendida visuale dal balcone, camera molto ampia e lavandino doppio. Pulizia impeccabile della stanza. Colazione varia (dolce e salata) molto buona con torte artigianali e salumi e formaggi ottimi con pane fresco. Staff molto cordiale e attento alle richieste. Non mi dispiacerebbe affatto tornarci. Posizione leggermente nella parte alta dal centro del paese ma ci si arriva con una passeggiata di 5 minuti senza dover prendere l'auto. Non da trascurare anche il comodissimo parcheggio di fronte all'hotel in cui ho sempre trovato un posto a tutte le ore del giorno.

Piccoli accorgimenti che avrei apprezzato: -Assenza di doppia presa di corrente vicino al letto per caricare lo smartphone. Ho usato una ciabatta di corrente personale per avere almeno 2 prese (lampada e smartphone). - Letto matrimoniale leggermente "duro" ,senza doghe o molle. Pertanto ho dovuto utilizzare le coperte come spessore morbido. (la prima notte ho avuto dolore al fianco). - Illuminazione generale della camera un po' bassa (la sera non vedevo i vestiti in valigia e usavo la torcia dello smartphone).

Troppo freddo....

La posizione vicino al centro di Moena

Abbiamo soggiornato qui x il ponte dell'Immacolata a dicembre 2023: la struttura necessita di qualche miglioria ma nel complesso risulta essere accettabile. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato freddo nella reception, nella sala dove viene servita la colazione e soprattutto in camera a causa di un unico termosifone troppo piccolo x riscaldare l'intera suite e senza termostato regolabile. Colazione poco varia (avevo richiesto semplicemente un ginseng e un succo all'albicocca, purtroppo non disponibili). Personale gentile ma, per ciò che abbiamo potuto vedere, forse inesperto in quanto giovane e quindi con ampio margine di crescita e miglioramento.
