Excellent, really enjoed the stay.

Great food, breakfast, and dinner. Family owners, excellent attitude, and customer care. Great facilities, clean pool indoor/outdoor, wellness area was modern and very nice. EV car charging through 3rd party. Wonderful view from the balcony overlooking the whole city. Room cleaning was great. Evening events for guests, hot wine, and marshmallows.

The garage was full. Outdoor parking places are just enough for the guests, and sometimes a tight space for parking. Wi-Fi was occasionally slow and overcrowded. Troubles with streaming movies over wifi.

Amazing relax and food experience

Simply perfect. Great location near the city centre. Comfortable bed, very spacious room, everyday cleaning. Food was amazing, 4 course of dinner also with salad bar, breakfast as a bufet, lots of sweet croissants, ham, salami, cheese, jams, fruit and vegetable, eggs with bacon. For dinner you can order wine, beer or other beverages. Staff was nice and always with a smile. Plus was sauna and whirpool, that you just need to book and that is all. I can really recommend this hotel and definitely come back! :)

It way incredible. Suggest this hotel to everyone! - location : 10min walk to center you can easily walk each day - Service: Best service we had since last years travels. Very nice and profesional stuff, helpfull! - Food : not dure why there arent many comments on food. We took HP, breakfast and dinner amazing. For dinner you have served few course meal and salad buffet. Ypu can choose the manu each morning. Ths price is relly low for the service and quality of food. We were happy to eat there😁 - Hotel in general: i beleive some pictures on booking are old since the hotel is new so i beleive it was removated. The lobby and reception look so nice, even the hotel rooms are big and cosy. The room were cleaner as if we stayed in 5*hotel. All of our stuff was placed were it belongs. The price is very cheap for the service you get! Suggest it. AMAZING, we will retourn soon this year.

- very nice breakfast, plenty of everything, tasty and fresh - friendly and kind people at the reception and restaurant - clean room , quite place where the hotel is situated - transfer to/ from alpa lusia

- it was cold in our room during the night so we had to sleep under 2 blankets + coats. They told us that there is nothing they can so with it

Sehr empfehlenswert! Außergewöhnlich gutes Hotel in toller Lage und mit tollem modernen Wellnessbereich mit Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad und Ruheraum. Sehr schönes, gemütliches Zimmer mit Balkon und schönem Blick auf Moena und die Berge. Sehr gutes, leckeres, abwechslungsreiches Essen am Frühstücksbuffet, am abendlichen Vorspeisenbuffet und beim anschließenden Menü. Sehr schöner und stilvoller Empfangs-und Aufenthaltsbereich. Alles ist super sauber. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Parkplatz war super. Es gibt einen warmen und sauber Ski- und Skischuhtrockenraum. Beim Hotel gibt es eine gut funktionierende Ladestation für Elektroautos. Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal einen sehr erholsamen und angenehmen Urlaub im Hotel Monza verbracht und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Soggiorno da favola!

Albergo davvero bello e molto curato nei dettagli, accogliente e pulitissimo fin dall'ingresso nella hall, con camere moderne, spaziose ed insonorizzate, ottima e varia colazione, bellissima spa con accesso incluso nel costo della prenotazione, buon ristorante con ampia scelta di piatti che variano di giorno in giorno, staff incredibile per cordialità e disponibilità e disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito di fronte all'hotel! Per l'inverno, ski room con navetta che porta fino al comprensorio sciistico della vicina Alpe Lusia. Vado via con il dubbio che 3 stelle siano poche per un albergo del genere!

Difficile trovare difetti, al massimo assenza di un frigobar in camera (o meglio, il frigo c'era ma vuoto) e (ma questo è del tutto soggettivo e non è un vero e proprio difetto) materasso un po' troppo rigido per i miei gusti. Comunque consigliatissimo!
