Overall it wasn't that bad, but my review is unfortunately negatively impacted by the issue I encountered while checking out.

Unfortunately, it's well known that the overall impression is made more at the end than at any other time, and this hotel disappointed me precisely in the last few minutes of my stay. On the last day, the cleaning company started cleaning the rooms around very early (making significant noise) and at 9:50they started knocking on the door so I asked if they'd clean themselves 2 dishes in the sink since they were five minutes earlier than 10:00 AM theorical checkout (which anyway I've never seen so strictly enforced). They said yes, so I went down to reception, and a very, very arrogant and superficial employee wanted to charge me 50€ for cleaning the dishes I'd just left. 50€ is nothing but it is a matter of principle that you cannot treat a customer with arrogance.

They have a great kids club where they keep the kids entertained in the evening. Parents can go out for a kids free dinner and kids have a great time.

No cleaning service offered - ruined our holidays

The central location in Moena, the feeling of staying in a mountain cabin with nice views of the mountain, the option for a gym and internal pool

We had visited Adler in Moena before and we chose to come back but this was a dreadful experience. For a family room booked for 6 days, we never got any cleaning services (so we had to live with the same towels, dirty bathroom, floors etc.) The reception informed us that there was a warning about this during reservation, however, we double checked our reservation terms and there was no mention of lack of cleaning services. Plus we found similar complaints from previous visitors here in booking.com. Other negative points are paid parking, lack of lobby/public sitting area in the property, crowded pool, but the lack of cleaning services (or request to pay extra!) in a 4* property is really the worst and most outrageous part. UPDATE: After posting my comment, I also read the response of the venue, which in our opinion makes things worse. First, the response includes capital letters, which, in the Internet etiquette is equivalent to shouting. This is insulting for us. Second, the venue claims that since cleaning was not mentioned in the venue features, we should have assumed that it is only provided at extra cost. In our opinion, following more than 400 international travels, in a 4* resort with a room price of ~300 euros, unless it is explicitly written that cleaning is not provided, the customer can assume that cleaning is a service included in the price. Our accommodation was not a bed and breakfast or an AirBnB. We believe that it is a venue's responsibility to make it clear at the reservation stage that cleaning services are not provided. If the venue fails to do so and the customer has a negative experience, it would be a very good practice and courtesy to a returning customer to offer one complimentary cleaning.

Perfect for a ski vacation

The hotel is located near to the road that goes to Passo San Pellegrino, that can be reached in 15 minutes. There is a spacious underground garage connected to the ski room. Ski rental and school are just a few meters away. There is a wellness area and a swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and good for a family.

Good location, beautiful city Moena but very poor problem solving policy.

Very good location and a beautiful village. Only ~150 km drive from Venice airport by car. Ski tracks are only 10 min to drive or u can use ski bus near the hotel. Very close ski rental office (just across the street), easy to book online before coming. Hotel has a pool and a sauna (regular sauna and Turkish one), but it was usually overcrowded.

Parking is paid (5 €/day outside and 10 €/day underground). Hotel doesn't have insurance, so if everything will happen you will have to cover all expenses. Our experience: the dishes were placed by the chimney of the cooker hood, above the stove. Taking the cutting board, it slipped out of the hands and shattered the top glass of the stove. The hotel kept the deposit and invoiced us to cover damages otherwise they would call a police.

Very good

We liked that wellness was really good - maybe great, parking for fee but given to the fact that this hotel was in middle of city center, then I guess OK. Moena is lovely city, we love it. This time we tried different accommodation then usual, and I think that we will not come back only for a reason that we could not bring our dog. Otherwise we would try to get into this hotel again.

No pets allowed, that is down turn for our family, even our room was in ground floor, with little backyard and dog could go there also no carpet in the room so easy to clean... still no dogs allowed. So next time we shall try different place only for this reason.

Non abbiamo provato la colazione perché il prezzo era davvero alto (quantomeno per chi intende la colazione come uno snack dolce con cui iniziare la giornata come noi...per chi la intende come un pasto completo salato e dolce probabilmente vale la pena!)

Posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro. Tutto pulitissimo, e camere belle e curate.

Non mi é piaciuta la sala colazione nel piano seminterrato, senza finestre da cui godere delle meravigliose montagne della valle, così come la piscina, a mio avviso troppo piccola per la dimensione dell'hotel e quindi troppo affollata (anche questa sempre nel seminterrato, quindi senza finestre).

Posizione centralissima. Pulizia dell'appartamento impeccabile e atmosfera accogliente. Letto comodo. Colazione con ampia scelta e prodotti di buona qualità.

L'area wellness è carina, ma potrebbe essere migliorata anche con piccoli accorgimenti: nella zona relax le luci sono troppo fredde, tanto da causare qualche fastidio alla vista se si vuole restare a leggere un libro; nel tepidarium è presente uno speaker per l'audiodiffusione che genera un fastidioso disturbo/ronzio probabilmente di natura elettrica; l'acqua per le tisane è più volte esaurita, dando una sensazione di scarsa attenzione. Non è presente alcuna vasca a idromassaggio e purtroppo il bagno turco era fuori servizio. Purtroppo le regole della struttura non sono state fatte rispettare, consentendo l'accesso a bambini urlanti anche nell'area wellness, nonostante l'espresso divieto.

La struttura è ben organizzata e il personale molto gentile. Si trova in una posizione strategica, centrale. abbiamo girato tanto a piedi e siamo stati molto bene. noi in 2 + 2 bambini + 1 cane taglia grande, ci hanno assegnato un appartamento molto confortevole e curato. Ci è piaciuta la “versione autunnale” e spero di poter tornare nella stagione invernale! Consigliato

Area piscina-Spa eccellente, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo le escursioni. Posizione centralissima. Val di Fassa Card compresa: per un'intera settimana non abbiamo utilizzato l'auto. Personale gentile e disponibile. Angolo cucina ben fornito e dotato di lavastoviglie.

Il prezzo della colazione, per chi ha la formula residence, è eccessivo (14€ a testa).
