Excellent location and very helpful staff

Small room and very little hotel (so no bar, no lounge, no space for work)

Breakfast waitress seemed very unhappy and wasn’t very welcoming

We absolutely loved our stay here - great location to be able to walk everywhere, lovely staff, and the room itself was super spacious and the bed super comfortable. We'd definitely stay again!

Love the location and the view from the 5th floor. Nice staircase. Staff were helpful and polite specially the Georgian lady, 5 stars to her.

The single layer bottom bed sheet on single bed where not large enough and keep moving, so you hand up waking up lying directly on the mattress. The toilet was fitted so high that your legs were hanging when sitting!. A lot of the material is worn out in the room from the shower cabin to skirting boards. Also no power socket on the mini desk, or on both side of the bed. No usb socket at all. We found an empty plastic bottle on the ground when we entered the room on arrival, but also dust like top of the TV. The single 3 persons lift is slow and also use by the cleaning staff meaning some waiting required every time. Orange juice not freshly pressed and limited fresh fruits option. No Nespresso in the room only instant coffee. water/coffee at reception only. The place normally used for putting your luggage was replace by a tray of instant coffee and a kettle :-(. And last by design only one room key is given at reception for a couple.
