Great location as close to the station. Just make sure you get the right hotel as lots of Ibis hotels in the same area. We were warned by the taxi driver not to wonder around at night time but I thinks quite common for train stations

Hotel, was perfect for a night in Bordeaux, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to see the area once all building work is completed.
Was a. It confusing trying to find the car park, but it wasn’t helped by the road works and building work in the area

Location is not nice if you are travelling alone.
Not safe to be out on own after dark.
Not a nice feeling to the place.
Bed was not comfortable, would really have appreciated tea and coffee making facilities
