De locatie midden in het centrum en de service van Francois is super

Wonderful! The owners of the property are such kind and sweet people, it’s equivalent to have a family member in a foreign country. So friendly and professional. The property is of course great as well. Everything was 10 out of 10. You won’t get disappointed.

From the listing, I thought this would be a nice apartment in a historic location, decorated with fine artwork. It turns out the apartment is the Masterpiece–created with history, and curated by real artists who couldn't be kinder or more accommodating. When I give a high score for pet friendliness, it's not because we had pets; it's because they let us play with theirs.
When I walked in the first time, my jaw dropped, and I asked, "Who lives like this?"
Our host, François, said, "You do. Enjoy!"
So, we did.
Air conditioning is the only thing that comes to mind, but it wasn't an issue for us. The stairs may be difficult for some.
It's not that the apartment hasn't been modernized for convenience–it has: the WiFi, electronic technology, lighting, plumbing, hot water, modern shower, smart mirror... it all works–you don't give up anything but air conditioning and an elevator. For a building that's at least 4 centuries old in the heart of the historic Saint-Pierre district, that seems appropriate.

Marvellous location; very helpful owners; clean, spacious and comfortable flat, with good facilities. Easily accessed by tram from the airport, and right in the heart of the historic centre of Bordeaux. Excellent communication with owners.
