Hôtel Life Bordeaux Gare - BG

I love the location being just out of the city centre but on a major tram line. The staff were friendly and went over and above to ensure any needs I may require,

Aircon in the heatwave. Tram right outside, day pass e6.5 to travel around centre. Close to train station.

Tram noise quiet enough that I barely noticed it

Very good location, close to the train station and right next to the tram station. Great shared space, good environment for working. Staffs are very nice and friendly

The room feel a little bit humid due to the shower.

Good location near the train station. INFO for other travellers-the tram line that runs down the street in front of the hotel is not running due to works in the centre. There are buses C in place one street up Bed comfortable, air con good as was the shower. Staff very friendly. Receptionist apologied when she asked if all was well and I mentioned how disapointed for the size of the room

Room was cramped. Could not be for 2 people altho it was classed a double. 3 sides of the bed had little or no space. The shower and large sink was in the room. Where the plugs were placed were very awkward to access. I am aware it you see this in a lot of hotels now but I really dislike the open shelves and hanging rail for clothes instead of a wardrobe. Altho in this room there wuld not be the room. I had to change my plans and leave a day earlier than planned. Was disappointed that I could not be refunded the day's cost especially as I gave them 7 days notice altho they did give me 2 free breakfasts.
