Modern hotel, good security, spacious room, comfortable bed, helpful and friendly staff, good self service breakfast, useful luggage storage.
Some maintenance issues. Vertical Shower in room 334 sprayed everywhere, lights in main bedroom not working.

The location was excellent as the traml8ne was near and the town centre an easy walk.
The receptionists and cleaning staff were warm and friendly.
The hotel is bright, lovely paintings on walls, super clean. The room was spacious and had a mini kitchen to save money if you didn't want to eat out.
The bed was wide and comfortable. Nice big shower.
The continental breakfast was fullsome and fresh.
A carpark.
Very happy with our stay!
2 wall switches didn't work. 2 lampshades were unattractive.

Modern well maintained and clean, good value for money.
Surrounding properties were run down but it was only a short walk up to some bars and trams.

To access the structure, at the reception they give codes to open the gates.
One evening, returning late at night, one of the codes, the one used every day, didn't work. The reception was empty and they didn't answer the emergency number.
After several attempts, a lady who didn't know English answered and she wasn't very kind. Among other things, we met another guest inside the gate who told us he couldn't help us because he too had been given the code that didn't work.
I suggest always notifying all guests when codes are changed and studying English for those who do this type of work.
