Great location, clean, friendly staff, great organisation from staff.
Ac was very weak, and in the heat was uncomfortable to sleep in.

The bed was huge and very comfortable. The location was alright as long as you don’t mind a bit of a walk to the centre.

The room was quite spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Bordeaux within walking distance of the cathedral and centre. It had everything I needed for a couple of nights' stay and was also very good value for money.
The shower was a bit strange - kind of a mini bathtub that functions as a shower. There are also not so many grocery stores or bakeries immediately surrounding the hotel, but luckily, the centre is not that far away.

Staff were lovely. Location is just right really - not too far from the city centre but close enough to walk everywhere. Trams were plentiful if needed and tram stop to the airport (Hotel de Police) was 5mins walk. Lovely cafes, boulangeries and restaurants nearby as well as small supermarkets for basics like coffee and wine in the room.
Room was quite small. No view. The 'air cooler' worked well enough to give us some cool air to sleep but had to balance it on a chair so it could blow across the bed. The outdoor temperatures were brutal (36-38c during the day, 25c at night) but normally the air cooler would be sufficient. An aircon would have been nice but I understand it's perhaps not warranted and they are so expensive to run.
