Ténéo Apparthotel Talence - Arthena

I have stayed here a few times now and choose this accommodation over the others close by because of the spacious rooms and excellent location.

Reception closes for lunch which can be inconvenient. I wasn't happy to arrive 2 minutes before 14:00 and the check-in staff were smoking right outside before going in to open up after lunch. I don't appreciate having to walk through the cigarette smoke before I can enter the building. Sorry. However, that said, the staff are lovely & extremly accommodating. On our last night, the room(s) on the floor below were having a party which lasted until 4am - it kept us awake. I mentioned this to the reception staff who took it very seriously and very kindly offered us free breakfast by way of an apolgy. We really did appreciate this offer. Thank you.

Location is excellent, easy to take tram and busses.

Bed was too hard and no comforter for covers at night and I was cold at night.

Ruim, schoon goed bed meer nadelen dan voordelen bij dit appartement

Appartement gekozen vanwege parkeer mogelijkheid zoals vermeld bij Booking maar dat bleek niet waar nu verplicht parkeren in dure parkeergarage. Dame bij receptie vertelde dat ze al vaak aan Booking gevraagd hebben dit te verwijderen??? Dan slaap je letterlijk naast de trambaan lijkt of de tram onder je bed doorrijd.
