The personnel was always super nice and helpful 👌
They had to change my reservation a few times and I got a nice upgrade that I was able to keep for a couple of weeks.
The facilities are very clean and the one bedroom is quite large and comfy.
The location is rather convenient, near two tram stops and very close to the "Halles de Bacalan" which looks like a traditional covered market but in fact features many different food and drinks booths.

Size of room. Location.
Wifi isnt working great. No coffee équipement availbale during day downstairs. Would love a machine with Good coffee

The proximity to the Quais and to the Halles de Bacalan.
Two tram stations within 5 minutes of walking distance.
The personnel always nice, informative and helpful.
The size of the room was quite small this time, I should have asked earlier for a larger one.

The hotel is in a good location close to Cite du Vin and close to a tram stop.
The heating in the room was noisy but didn't work. The bed was only made up with a thin (summer) duvet. Even with an extra blanket we ended up sleeping in our pullovers and socks! When we complained we were given a heater and the promise that someone would check the heated. It didn't get fixed.
