Very clean flat, great location with loads of restaurants and shops around. Flat 602 is very spacious Outside the building is a bit dodgy with lots of rubbish, but inside is definitely better.
Only stayed one short night. The sofa bed was absolutely awful, the worse I ever slept on., Making so much noise and not comfortable at all. I ended up sleeping on the floor instead (flat 602).
However, the bed in the bedroom bed was great.
Outside the building is very dodgy with weird people wandering around, loads of rubbish but might not be the property's fault.

friendly staff, good internet, a fairly large room, there are many cafes nearby and close to public transport. Parking nearby and the lift goes straight to the hotel. there is a kitchen with all utensils, plates and mugs, but no sponge or dish soap
there are always some strange people sitting next to the hotel - in the evening I would not go there alone. the floor in the room is not very clean

The location is convenient for the Cite du Vin end of town and has parking.
Our room had no heating and it was really cold. The duvet was thin and we used two blankets to keep warm. One of the receptionists had a terrible cold and a pile of used tissues on the counter. It looked very unhygienic. The hotel is looking a little tired and we are unlikely to stay here again. Breakfast was rather basic too.
