The staff was very nice and welcoming. The the hotel itself was very well maintained and clean. The room was well-equipped with everything needed for a couple of days stay. The price was good for what we got.
The room that I was staying did not have an air condition which made it a bit cold in December. The water tap in the bathroom was a bit complex to understand how it works and from time to time there was cold water coming. The hotel is not closely situated to the public transport, but a 10-minute walk was bearable

Location was good, located in recently renovated marina basin area with lots going on. Plenty of choices for food and drink and not too long a walk to riverfront. Represented value for money.
Could be very noisy in the early hours over the weekend, air conditioning could have made it cooler without having to have windows open

Loved the location near the port, close to Pont Jacques Chaban Delmas and La Cité du Vin, the city center is not that far and it is not as noisy/busy.

It was located not too far from the centre of Bordeaux, was accessible by bus, tram or boat.
The rooms are extremely small,
No hairdryer
No clothes hangers in closet ( not one)
Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 nights stay!
Beds very small & short
Kitchen & appliances dirty, greasy, not cleaned
Only 1 towel for a two night stay
Very noisy outside at night, from across the street
