Apart from all the benefits of accommodation, location and amenities, I wanted to note the service quality from the staff. From the first minutes of our stay, we felt welcomed, and assisted with any wishes we had. I was literally impressed by the attitude of the staff. Those guys really deserve a raise. Keep up the good work!

Excellent staff with great recommendations of where to eat / visit etc. Hotel was clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Very willing to recommend local places to go for a drink and the breakfast was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. Loved the lounge for a drink before bed, also.
There was nothing not to like. We very much enjoyed the walk into and out of more central areas of Venice, but if you want to be more central this is not the place to stay.

Loved the cosy feel and all the attention to detail. The linens and the finis witching the hotel were of a high standard. And the staff were exceptional! Thomas and Jojo and the other staff at the reception desk. And the two men who carried our bags too. The cleaning team too did a marvellous job with our rooms.
