Good location for me and excellent value for money.
The shower was not in a good shape, shower head leaking a bit and the curtain cumbersome to operate.

It was clean, there was literally nothing else good.
The pillow was practicaly nonexistent, my back still hurts because of the mattress, the room has no soundproof, you actually hear people going to toilet and staff shouting around the hotel in the morning, the toilettries are just a hand soap, you don't even get a glass, because there is nothing else in the room. I had 3 beds, but I could not take a pillow from other bed because there was non. One day I had no hot water, the next day no internet and the third day the radiators didn't work and it was -5 outside.
