I only stayed in Berlin one night to meet friends for dinner and this hotel is in great location in the central commercial area and easy to get to from the airport by public transport. Staff are very friendly and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The free WIFI was also of good quality and bandwidth. The hotel has real character. Next time I come to Berlin I will definitely look to use Henri Hotel for a longer stay.
As with many older buildings in Berlin, there was no air conditioning, which made the room a little uncomfortable given temperatures of 28oC plus outside. I would also suggesting changing the very small step in the bathroom to a little ramp as I don't know how many times I stubbed my toe :)

This hotel is really lovely. The staff are attentive and friendly. The shared space downstairs is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable. Great location. The hop-on-hop-off buses run from the end of the street, and there are loads of restaurants and shopping nearby.
There is a bit of noise from the hallways, but it is manageable. The front doorbell ringing constantly is a bit annoying in the shared space.

The Hotel was near to my work place, so enjoed it. Also the style of the Hotel was nice. I liked the concept of the 'Abendbrot', the was Nic after long working day.
I hade problemswith the Coffe maschin, that was in the Room. I ask the stuff to repear it or chenge it. They didn't do it becouse of a miscomunication. I saw it only in the next morning, thet there wasn't done eanithing. Because I wanted a Coffe I needed to attend Breackfast, and I got addisonal costs becosd of it.
The second issue: they sad that they gave me a uppgread. I cud also be. But the romm thad Spider webs all around the windows, so the cleanles is questionable. And the sink in Bath was leaking.
I used the room only during the night, so it didn't botherd me. But for the room price I was expecting more.
And the stuff didn't even ask bei check out about my stay, so the oworall feeling was depressing.
