Price is way too high for essentially couch surfing

The room had no way of locking it, shared bathroom, you could hear all other rooms and the floor. TV had no socket close by to connect it. Drawers were already full of stuff from the owners. The stool to sit on the room was damaged and unstable.

Nothing. Someone else asleep in our triple room. Given a double bed between two Males who were in the area for work and didnt know each other. Very embarrassing and uncomfortable.

Wrong room. Dirty. Communal areas well lived in, shoes splayed everywhere in the stair well. No effort made for guests what so ever

No breakfast available

Bad room. No mirror, no drawers, no waste bin, no chair, no tea/coffee or kettle in room, no bedside table or bedside light. Long flight of black painted stairs, no light, no windows. Very dangerous. Window half obscured and remainder looks over mix of rooves. Fire risk and no notice of escape method. It was a grotty house, doss room and at £84 I feel cheated.

Wi-Fi was good. I was welcomed by a friendly woman.

The house was not very clean. The room was quite hot (stayed in July) and the bedsheets had stains on them. The shared bathroom was not very clean either and there was no bathmat. Bed was comfortable enough but there was no bedside table. I was kept awake by music being played in the house until after 11pm.

WOST "GUEST"HOUSE EVER

I've never written a bad review for anything but I want to save someone from this nightmare. This was the worst stay I have ever had. The first night was fine but the second night things started to get weird. Although the family also lived in the house, the only time I ever saw them was when moving in. They were not very friendly at all and I certainly didn't feel like a guest or paying customer. Although I could not see the family (as it seemed they were strangely hiding) I did get to hear the children/teens screaming, hitting each other, slamming doors, and running throughout the house (including the private guesthouse area) at all hours of the day or night. In addition to this, the bedroom was filthy. There were stains on the headboard, trash hidden behind tables and bed (I'm assuming because they didn't provide any trash cans at all, even in the bathroom). To top things off, mine was the only bedroom without an actual locking door. Meaning that when I left the room, my luggage was completely open to anyone (including the strange family). This property was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. If you are looking for a better night's sleep, I'd rather recommend sharing a room in a hostel than this property as at least those people are more respectful.

No stress or fuss

I only encountered a child in terms of management. She was very helpful and knowledgeable but no one checked my ID or confirmed that i was the person who booked the room. I encountered the young girl once at the start of my stay and saw no one in charge. I left at checkout time without seeing anyone either. Quite bizarre but it was a pleasant stay.
