Everything. The location was perfect - the property is situation in the Old Town itself; just a stones throw away from countless restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, cafes, tourist information, and ATMs. It is also a short (20 min) walk from the Mostar bus station making it very handy for transport to and from the city. The staff were lovely and helped me out when I arrived ahead of schedule and then let me store my luggage there after I checked out. The facilities are great. Although the property is on the pricier side, it’s not without justification. I had a huge, comfortable bed in a cute room with an ensuite and very powerful AC. They also provide lots of free amenities such as tea and coffee, cold soft drinks, hard sweets, and laundry facilities. The property has a restaurant / bar on site which is reasonably priced. This provides a lively atmosphere but it is not disruptive. I couldn’t fault my stay - I only wish I had longer in Mostar / this property.

Excellent location, very friendly owner and staff, lovely housekeeping ladies and a very nice room. Not very big as a solo traveller, especially the bathroom, but that is no problem at all. Excellent as to details. You can use free coffee, tea, water on the dispenser and free soda's in the fridge. Also the use of free sweets and the ladies did the laundry for free. I will definately come again. Highly recommend.

Located in the heart of Mostar, very close to the tourist attractions, restaurants, local shops, supermarket. Use of.common.kitchenette area including tea/coffee, common use of fridge & hot plate. Provision of packed soft foam ear plugs. Receptionists were very helpful. Provision of.clothes.hanger in the balcony should one wishes to use it!

Room is quite compact, mattress not comfortable at all! Bathroom is very small, imagine an obese or a big person..There is a very small sink to wash your hands,/face/teeth in the bathroom with a cup holder stuck on it, which Is practically unsafe to use! Sound pollution is unacceptable as music can be heard from restaurant area till mid night even with provided.ear plugs!!
