Parking is a little tricky at first. Sending a Google map link to the suggested parking lot would be helpful

Beautiful property, incredible hotel, fantastic location. The staff were extremely helpful, young men carried our luggage (and there was a lot as we were travelling with our two teenage daughters!) from our parked car to our room, and again insisted on doing the same upon check out.
Nothing, however the rate was expensive.

Staff were very friendly and went out of there way to make sure all was good. Special mention for Janet on reception.
The steps n plenty of them but no lift. Be aware if you have mobility issues.

Phenomenal staff and great location
Rooms are very noisy with minimal sound proofing. Hallways are directly accessible from the main city walkways, so there's increased foot traffic, and you can hear everything with basic wooden does that don't have full seals. There were hairs left from previous guests in the bathroom, and the shower soaps where empty. The internet went out during our stay as well.
