Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Ćuprija

This hotel is supremely well located for Mostar old town. The building is lovely, and our room was big with cute, quirky design, super comfortable bed and access to a balcony for outdoor sitting. The breakfast was great, loads to choose from both hot and cold food with great local Bosnian touches and flavours. The staff were so kind, friendly, thoughtful and funny!!! We really enjoyed our stay and would love Togo back.

Location is superb, right in the old town. Staff were superb, very engaged and helpful

Rooms were a bit basic, nowhere to sit. Bathroom shower got floor very wet

Our stay in Mostar was absolutely wonderful! The staff were very friendly, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. They even helped us carry our 4 big and heavy luggage bags from the car park to our room, which we truly appreciated after a long journey. The breakfast was superb — so delicious, and the beautiful scenery overlooking the heart of Mostar made the experience even more special. The room was very clean, spacious, and just perfect for our family of 4. A special thank you to the pretty girl at the hotel who kindly gave a biscuit to our little Spiderman — such a sweet gesture that made our day 😊 Overall, everything was superb and we had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended

Phenomenal staff and great location

Rooms are very noisy with minimal sound proofing. Hallways are directly accessible from the main city walkways, so there's increased foot traffic, and you can hear everything with basic wooden does that don't have full seals. There were hairs left from previous guests in the bathroom, and the shower soaps where empty. The internet went out during our stay as well.
