    A great location and a great vibes of serenity. Especially during winter it's very peaceful and no crowds.

    Great hospitality especially by staff Irvana. She went all out to follow up on my delay baggage & prepared all the necessary neccessity since we dont hv our items with us. We were there during winter. It was a quiet plc to walk ard jand there were supermarket, pharmacy, bakery & restaurant nearby. Thank you Irvana

    Just behind old town - 2 minute walk to the mostar bridge and crooked bridge couldn't have chosen a better location. Room was really big with a lounge aread to rest. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

    Trust me , the best room is on the third floor with the balcony. I had a wonderful stay with my wife and daughter. All the staff are so friendly and pleasant the breakfast continental and everything to sight see a stone throw away. five stars all the way. Thank you Mohammed
