Given the date of my stay, the Eden Hotel, and also Mostar, was not overrun with tourists.
I assume it is different in the summer.
The location of the hotel is excellent, a little far from the old town, but with excellent access, about a 10 minute walk.
The breakfast was absolutely excellent. There were many additional local dishes offered, which were very nicely integrated into the overall breakfast offering.
It might make sense to take better care of the wellness.
The lights in the pool were not working during our visit, and the smell in the Turkish bath was not the most pleasant.
I recommend using a little essential oils in the Finnish sauna.

The double room was absolutely huge and the view from the balcony was amazing.
Neither the room nor the general areas of the hotel were particularly clean. Eg the tablecloths at breakfast were stained even at 7.30 when the service was just starting. The breakfast was fine overall but unhealthy even compared to other places in Bosnia, a lot of deep fried stuff, chicken patties etc.
overall the place was quite old fashioned (perhaps also targeted at an older crowd), and didn’t seem like a 4 star hotel, missing the small things usually present (kettle, hygiene kits, dressing gowns etc). Cheap all-in-one body wash/shampoo too (bring your own).
