Well, for the price we paid, and i was aldy expecting it, the room is considered pricey with super small room, & if you are staying with 3 ppl, for me and hubby and 2yr old is still ok, but if ur child is 5yrs and above, then it’s really too tight.
We paid for the view… The view was the best in the town i tink as we see the old bridge from out outdoor patio. The staffs were accommodating, warm and friendly… we had to pay for brekkie and that was the best decision coz it was amazing!!!! Breakfast is not buffet but served to you… so that was perfect. Everything was so well done and tasted amazing. 4mins to old bridge of mostar and the old town shopping streets… Definitely would recommend!!!!

Hotel very clean, great staff, spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast delicious (recommended). Beds need more sheets or at least sheets of the appropriate size for the bed.
Parking is extra, kind of expensive, and does not belong to the hotel and cash only, €20/day. They should clarify that on the hotel’s description.
The street where the hotel is on is dirty and full of trash but did not feel unsafe. It is about two blocks from the famous bridge.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival. Parking lot next door is owned by another party and is 10 euros per day to park.
Our room was spacious and had AC in both the living room and bedroom. The street was quiet at night and we slept well. The breakfast was very hearty and our server provided great service.
The location is the primary reason we booked here and it did not disappoint. Easy walk to the bridge and old city.
The cleaning however needed improvement. We stayed only one night so we did not make an issue but there is only window venting in the bathroom. We arrived to damp and smelly floors. The shower wall also doesn’t do enough to block water from splashing out into the toilet area so it felt closet to a wet bathroom (where there is no real separation between toilet shower and sink) than a more modern bathroom.
The windows (rooms and bathroom) did not have screens and by leaving it open for fresh air, we got mosquitoes in the room. An unpleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay in this place, staff were friendly and were prompt to attend to our needs. Strategically located, everything is within walking distance. Parking available right next to the hotel, at a flat fee.
