the staff are very professional and supportive, location was great
I was not aware and I don't think that its even mentioned on Booking.com that the building is 3 floors and there is no left, I was forced to take my heavy 7 bags up to the 3rd floor as there is no left, also I didn't know that the bathroom is shared, actually there were 2 bathrooms one for gens and other for ladies, by chance I got the staff support to use the ladies bathroom alone for my family which was located in the corridor outside my room, the bathroom didn't have a head/celling shower only hand shower, for some reason which the landlord agreed on, the bathroom had a very bad smell which might be from the pipes or a ventilation issue, a small shared fridge also in the corridor that is totally not fit for the rooms available for rent.

L’accueil et la gentillesse de notre hôte. Très disponible et agréable. L’aspect très privé de la chambre. La sécurité des lieux car ouvertures par code.
Il a été très difficile de trouver le lieu du logement car l’adresse n’a pas de numéro et le gps ne la trouve pas.
