Cute family run hotel in a nice location

The hotel is in a quiet part of the lake and the restaurant underneath it is quite good. We only stayed for one night but it was very enjoyable!

As others mention the check-in times are a little peculiar, but it's a family run restaurant and there tends to be someone around. Worst case they have an emergency number you can call if you can't find someone.

Beautiful, peaceful nest with amazing lake views.

Loved the stay in this super cute family hotel just few meters from the lake. From the room we could see the amazing sunsets. Everyone is very helpful & kind even with the limited English knowledge. The place has very good, positive energy that makes you to willing to come back. Room was simple but very clean and the service came daily to clean the room. The walk to the center of village from the hotel is also very enjoyable & beautiful. Can recommend the place for all 100%, it's created with love & has it's own soul.

Beautiful location on the lake, relaxed homely feel.

Very comfortable stay, lovely friendly and helpful staff. Had a really homely feel. Fantastic attention to detail, its clear to see the family work hard to run their business and ensure guests feel at home. Right beside lake and only 10 min drive from Gardaland and Peschira.

Clean place with friendly staff but there are lot of negatives which makes me never chose this again

The staff was really nice and friendly. Nice location at the lake and the place is very clean. Wi-fi is good without any issues.

The breakfast is very small. This is already reported by many people but I felt like noting this anyway so you better supplement yourselves with your own food. There are no real thick courtains to prevent sun from entering your room in the morning, which can be disturbing. Only light ones which are not sun-proof and also people can actually see inside your room. The "doors" are just sliding wood and it doesn't protect you from any noise at all. We could hear literally every step outside our room, people talking etc. It was really bad. The "private" parking is like 200 meters away, hidden in a small yard full of garbage, cats and other unpleasant stuff, which is really annoying. There are like 3 spots in front of the house but those were always full, probably filled by employees.

worst place on our Italian trip.

There was no one there to the prearranged time -only after contacting booking.com we could enter our rooms. Breakfadt was very poor either - just a plate of ham and cheese with one breadroll - no fruits, vegetables or even a small decoration on the plate. The second coffee will be charged extra. There is a fridge and a water heater, but you have to climb under the desk to plug it in.

My girlfriend and I had the perfect stay away at Lake Garda, and I’m looking forward to coming back!

The location was perfect, with two piers right outside the hotel, a 10 mins walk from the train station, plenty of bars nearby and a paddle boarding rental next door. On top of that, everyone at Porticciolo was incredibly friendly. On our first night, the chef brought my girlfriend and I our dinner to our table directly - I have never tasted a better carbonara in my life!

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Although? I like to eat a lot, and found that the breakfast portions were not big enough for me. This was not a problem with dinner, which was huge.

Location is perfect, right at the Lake. Excellent starting point for a bicycle tour. Their food is very tasty - and appreciated by the locals as well. Staff was very friendly - we got a cappuccino even during their "siesta" time.

A quiet place in front of the lake

Very well located, few meters far from the lake. The host-lady who welcomed us was very kind and the same can be said for the staff working there, always smiling. The area is very quite so you can be sure not to be disturbed.

The room given to us wasn't particularly nice (pictures are not shown in the website) and the mattress wasn't comfortable at all, it definitely needs to be changed. I was also slightly disappointed for the breakfast: you have to choose a day in advance between three options: n.1. croissant, yogurt, juice and a hot drink; option 2. two scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, juice and a hot drink; and a 3rd option which I don't remember). I understand this is done to avoid waste and people to overeat, but I would avoid to limit the amount of hot drinks and juices and I would provide at least free water and some fruit.

Peaceful location just at the lake. Our room had a perfect view on the little port in front of the property. The room was cosy and clean. The staff was nice and welcoming.

Pobyt bardzo udany, do czego przyczyniła się między innymi jakość apartamentu oraz jego położenie.

Apartament ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację, bezpośrednio przy plaży, przy promenadzie. Możliwość codziennego oglądania zachodów słońca nawet przez okno apartamentu. Apartament czysty, zadbany,codziennie czyste ręczniki i sprzątanie. Bardzo dobra obsługa Pani Marzeny, która o nas dbała i była bardzo pomocna. Świetne jedzenie w restauracji apartamentu. Mili właściciele. Chętnie tu wrócimy.

Klimatyzacja jest umieszczona w niewłaściwym miejscu, przez co wieje bezpośrednio na osoby przebywające na łóżku. Pokój znajduje się nad restauracją przez co jest bardzo głośno w godzinach wieczornych do czasu zamknięcia restauracji,tj.do godz. 10.30.

Location stupenda nella sua semplicità per svagarsi sul lago di Grada.

La posizione è stupenda, in una zona fuori dal traffico cittadino e direttamente sulla pista ciclopedonale del Garda. Inoltre in pochi chilometri anche in bicicletta si possono raggiungere tantissimi siti da visitare sia storici che di divertimento e svago. La struttura è semplice ma pulitissima e con tutti i servizi perfettamente efficienti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccezionale sopratutto tenendo conto della zona. Infine la nota più piacevole è stata l'atmosfera molto accogliente che si respirava durante il soggiorno, grazie alla grande affabilità e simpatia della famiglia che gestisce il locale.

Sehr sauberes und freundliches B&B in perfekter Lage mit tollem Restaurant und Seeblick

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem B&B. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit des Personals – wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, alles gut erreichbar und gleichzeitig ruhig. Das zum Haus gehörende Restaurant hat uns ebenfalls überzeugt: die Pizza war ausgezeichnet. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Aussicht direkt vom Zimmer auf den Gardasee – einfach traumhaft.

Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt: Das Bett war leider etwas laut und hat bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht. Abgesehen davon war aber alles wirklich hervorragend, und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
